Trade is the main root of national development and regional development, which aims to create an advanced and independent society and physically and mentally prosperous. The goal of traders is to get high income to meet their needs. Several factors that affect the level of income include capital, location and working hours. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, location and working hours on the income level of traders. A questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire was used to collect data. The total population of the study was all traders in Selatbaru Beach, which consisted of 40 people, all of whom were used as research samples. In analyzing data; Researchers used multiple linear regression quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that "the three independent variables studied were proven to have a significant partial effect on the dependent variable traders' income". Then through the F test it can be seen that "the three independent variables studied simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely the income of traders". The Adjusted Square R2 figure of 0.767 shows that 76.7% of traders' income variables can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 23.3% is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.Key words: Capital; working hours; location; income; multiple regression analysis
Abstrak: Pariwisata merupakan sektor yang mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat dengan cepat dalam penyediaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan penghasilan. Desa Tulungrejo di Kota Wisata Batu, yang merupakan salah satu desa dengan beberapa destinasi wisata yang potensial meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Tulungrejo. Metode analisa menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan analisis distribusi frekuensi dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui perkembangan pariwisata, kondisi ekonomi, dan dampak perkembangan pariwisata terhadap kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkembangan pariwisata di Desa Tulungrejo semakin tahunnya meningkat. Hal ini mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat, memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan 95,5% terhadap perekonomi masyarakat di Desa Tulungrejo, hal ini menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat wisatawan yang datang ke tempat wisata, maka semakin meningkat pula pendapatan masyarakat, yang dihitung menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Abstract: Tourism is a sector which is able to rapidly increase the community economic growth in providing employment and increasing income. Desa Tulungrejo in Kota Wisata Batu (Batu Tourism City), which is one of the villages with several potential tourism destination to increase the community economic growth. This research aims to determine the impact of tourism development on the community economic condition in Desa Tulungrejo. Descriptive quantitative method was employed to analyze the data using frequency distribution analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the development of tourism, economic conditions, and the impact of the tourism development on the community economic condition. Based on the research results, it was shown that the tourism development in Desa Tulungrejo is increasing annually. This affects the community income which has a very significant influence of 95.5% on the community economic condition in Desa Tulungrejo. In addition, the results of multiple linear regression calculation show that the higher the number of tourists coming to tourist destinations, the higher the income of the community.
<p class="8AbstrakBahasaIndonesia">Adanya peningkatan jumlah penumpang pesawat memicu persaingan antar maskapai penerbangan dalam menciptakan dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya adalah kualitas layanan dan emotional branding. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk: (1) mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan emotional branding dengan loyalitas pelanggan; (2) mengetahui adanya hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan; dan (3) mengetahui adanya hubungan antara emotional branding dengan loyalitas pelanggan maskapai penerbangan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 69 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan simple random sampling. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala loyalitas pelanggan, skala kualitas layanan, dan skala emotional branding. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan dan emotional branding dengan loyalitas pelanggan maskapai penerbangan (p=0,000; p<0,05). Tingkat hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut tergolong sedang (r=0,537) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,8%. Selain itu, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan dengan loyalitas pelanggan maskapai penerbangan (p=0,111; p>0,05) dan emotional branding dengan loyalitas pelanggan maskapai penerbangan (p=0,172; p>0,05). Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu menyediakan layanan yang berkualitas dan emotional branding secara bersama-sama agar penumpang mendapatkan kepuasan secara fisik dan psikis.</p>
Complementary food for ASI is food given to infants/children in addition to breast milk to meet their nutritional needs. Complementary foods are started to be given to babies aged 6 months, because the nutritional needs to support their growth and development are still lacking if only breast milk. Breast milk only meets the needs of about 60% -70% of a baby's needs after the age of 6 months. Meanwhile, 30% -40% must be met from complementary foods. Therefore, it is very important to educate the community through empowering cadres as an extension in providing assistance to mothers who have toddlers in providing additional food to babies. Community service activities were carried out in the working area of the Megang Health Center on November 12, 2022 with 15 toddler cadres as respondents. The stages of the activities carried out included making leaflets, providing counseling about complementary foods and demonstrating the preparation of complementary foods with a balanced menu (carbohydrates, animal protein, vegetable protein, vegetables and fat) using local ingredients. The results of community service, after conducting knowledge counseling for cadres, the average is 78% in the good category. Then after the demonstration, the cadres were able to make a well-filtered MPASI menu. So it is recommended that the involvement of cadres in empowering mothers who have toddlers in making MPASI with a balanced menu through the use of local ingredients.
So far, the learning system that occurs in elementary schools is still filled with a world view which states that information is a set of realities that must be remembered. In addition, most of the learning space situation is still centered on the instructor (focused on educators or teachers) as a source of basic information, and the use of speaking techniques as the main decision of the teaching and learning system. Such a learning situation does not include students in making questions. To foster a teaching and learning environment that can foster courage, mentality, and inventive and innovative behavior, it is very important to have a relationship between the parts of the training, such as instructors, students, educational plans, apparatus (learning media) and learning assets, materials, techniques , and assessment tools work together to create useful learning measures, the Problem Based Learning model is the best decision in today's learning.
