This study examines the effect of Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai land area, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai labor force, and Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai foreign direct investment on Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai palm oil production. This study uses secondary data from the FAO, ILO, and World Bank websites for 30 years (1991-2020). The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression using Eviews 10. The results simultaneously indicated that Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai land area, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai labor force, and Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai foreign direct investment in Thailand positively and significantly affected Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai Palm Oil Production. Meanwhile, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai land areas have a positive and significant effect. Indonesian Labor has a positive and significant effect, while Malaysia and Thailand have a negative and positive but insignificant effect on Oil Palm Production. Indonesian Foreign Direct Investment has a positive and significant effect, while Malaysia and Thailand have apositive but insignificant effect.Keywords: Land Area, Labor,Indonesian Foreign Direct Investment, and Palm Oil Production.
The number of cooperatives in Indonesia reaches hundreds of thousands, but of the many cooperatives only 40% are active. The data also shows that employment in these business entities is less than 1% of the total workforce absorbed in various business sectors in Indonesia. The main objective of this study is to measure the efficiency of cooperatives in Indonesia and see the long-term relationship between cooperative productivity and employment in Indonesia. This research is quantitative by using two data analysis tools of envelopment analysis (DEA and cointegration test. Data envelopment analysis is to measure the efficiency of cooperatives. Meanwhile, to look at employment absorption using cointegration test. This research uses three inputs, namely, own capital, external capital, and the number of managers and one output is the profit of the cooperative.As for the cointegration test, the variable used is cooperative efficiency with the number of workers in the cooperative sector in Indonesia.The data used are primary and secondary data.Primary data are data obtained from the field and secondary data from the ministry of cooperatives and small and medium enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia.The results of this research show that the level of efficiency of cooperatives in Indonesia is not yet efficient, however there is a long-term relationship between cooperatives and employment in Indonesia.

This study aims to evaluate descriptively the contribution of cooperatives in the Indonesian economy, especially in terms of employment and economic growth. This study uses descriptive analysis using data sourced from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The results showed that as much as 9.2 % of the total population of Indonesia are members of cooperatives. The percentage of cooperatives' contribution to Indonesia's gross domestic product is still below 5%. As for employment, cooperatives are only able to absorb 0.5 % of the entire working population of Indonesia.
Indonesia memiliki potensi sumber daya alam laut yang cukup melimpah, diantaranya adalah keberagaman varietas ikan yang dapat dijadikan sumber pangan serta memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi, selain itu harganya yang jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan sumber protein lainnya, menyebabkan ikan sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan dan dijadikan bahan baku pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Tetapi permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat adalah Rendahnya perkembangan UKM dari hasil olahan ikan dan Rendahnya rasa suka akan konsumsi ikan pada generasi millennial. Permasalahan ini menyebabkan pemerintah meluncurkan program nasional yaitu Gerakan Memasyaratkan Makan Ikan (GEMARIKAN). Tujuan Gerakan ini adalah mengkampanyekan pentingnya makan ikan terutama untuk pertumbuhan dan kecerdasan serta membantu dalam mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak khususnya di Aceh yang menempati urutan ke 3 untuk kasus stunting di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah salah satu bentuk usaha dari para akademisi untuk berperan aktif dalam menyukseskan program ini. Tim PKM memberikan softskill berupa sosialisasi akan nilai gizi ikan dan bahayanya stunting pada anak serta manajemen pengelolaan UKM. Selain itu tim PKM memberikan hardskill berupa pelatihan pembuatan tekwan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Blang Pulo Kecamatan Muara Dua dan diikuti para ibu rumah tangga serta remaja putri. Kegiatan ini memberi dampak positif terhadap kesadaran mitra akan nilai gizi ikan, bahaya stunting, menambah kemampuan dalam pengelolaan UKM serta menambah semangat wirausaha mitra.
Tujuan Pengabdian Pelatihan Metode Analisis Data Model DEA untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada Pertukaran mahasiswa merdeka dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Malikussaleh untuk dapat digunakan pada penelitian semester akhir dalam menyusun tugas skripsi ketika mengolah data analisis model DEA sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Pelatihan pengembangan minat dan bakat serta kemahiran dalam penggunaan metode analisis data model DEA juga dapat menumbuh kembangkan minat dan bakat yang dimiliki mahasiswa, sehingga melalui pelatihan ini mahasiswa akan dapat meningkatkan kemahiran dalam penggunaan metode analisis data model DEA. Dalam hal ini tentunya banyak laporan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa atau bersponsor yang hanya menjadi laporan tertulis dan tersimpan rapi pada program studi atau di LPPM yang tidak terbaca oleh khalayak ramai sehingga kurang bermanfaat dan tidak memiliki faedah. Untuk itu PKM ini dipublikasikan agar dapat diakses oleh semua pihak dan dapat menjadi informasi penting bagi banyak pembaca.
