Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh PKL terhadap soft skill; dan (2) berapa besar pengaruh PKL terhadap soft skill siswa SMK Bidang Keahlian Jasa Boga di Kota Malang. Populasi penelitian siswa SMK Bidang Keahlian Jasa Boga yang sudah melaksanakan PKL dengan jumlah sampel 127 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKL berpengaruh terhadap soft skill siswa SMK Bidang Keahlian Jasa Boga di Kota Malang sebesar 50,50%. Keterampilan pemecahan masalah merupakan faktor yang paling mewakili soft skill dengan nilai ekstraksi 93,60%, dibandingkan keterampilan komunikasi, dan berpikir kritis 88,40%, keterampilan memahami antar pribadi 76,20%, dan keterampilan komunikasi tertulis 73,90%. Abstract: Influence of Field Work Practice on Soft Skill Students SMK Area Expertise of Boga Service in Malang City. The study aimed (1) the influence of street vendors on soft skills;(2) how much influence of street vendors to soft skill of students of Vocational Culinary School in Malang. The research population of students of Vocational Culinary School that have implemented street vendors with a total sample 127 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis and factor analysis. The results showed that the street vendors have an effect on the soft skill of the vocational students of the Vocational Culinary Schoo in Malang City by 50.5%. Problem solving skills are the most representative of soft skills with a 93.6% extraction rate, compared to communication skills, and 88.4% critical thinking, interpersonal skills of 76.2%, and 73.9% written communication skills.
In Indonesia, children victims of bullying incidence always increase every year. 10-60 % Indonesian students reported experience of bullying. These problems need to get special handling to prevent unexpected impacts on students. The results of several studies suggest that the main characteristics of bullying victims are students who have low assertiveness levels, and to build these skills need to provide an assertiveness intervention. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of assertiveness training on self-assertiveness assessment of early adolescent female bullying victims at SMP 52 Bandung. This study used quasi experimental research with pre-test and post-test control group. This study conducted in 50 female students at 7 ℎ & 8 ℎ grade who identified as bullying victims, divided into 2 groups, 25 respondents as intervention group and 25 respondents as control group. This study used The Rathus Assertiveness Schedule (RAS) instrument. The data analysis used Mc.Nemar Test for univariate and Kruskal Wallis test for bivariate. Result of the Mc.Nemar Test showed there were differences in assertiveness of early adolescent female bullying victims before and after the intervention on intervention group (p value 0.003). While on control group, there were no differences before and after standard intervention (p value 1.000). The result of Kruskal Wallis test showed assertiveness differences on both groups. Conclusion is assertive training can affect assertiveness in early adolescent female victims of bullying at SMPN 52 in Bandung City.
The aim of this study is to design a batik coloring machine using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method in order to increase the value of fading and stains on fabrics. It can be concluded that the results of the design of batik coloring machines according to the application of QFD have 3 rollers/cylinders and propulsion about 0.190 HP with the working concept of a sheet of cloth wrapped around the cylinder with rotation of 72.5 rpm. There are significant differences between variables in the design before and after the experiment on the batik value quality analysis of soap washing and desecration of unbleached plain cloth of Primisima type, Gamelan stamp. The average difference between before and after the experiment is 0.060 or increase to 6%, while for the analysis of batik quality test, the value of rubbing dry and wet cloth has a mean difference between before and after the experiment of 0.100 or an increase of 10%. Standard time generated from the measurement process using a machine dipping carried out by 20 batik makers has a value of 0.2701 hours/ unit with total output of 4 units/ hour, while standard time for coloring activities that uses a bucket dip is 0.5346 hours / unit with total output of 2 units/ hour.
This study aims to describe the implementation of character education through the Honesty Canteen at the Al-Ilahiyyah Islamic Boarding School Payak I Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang. Researchers use the type of field research (field research) with a qualitative approach to data collection using interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are 1. The application of the character of students is obedient to the caregiver, polite, diligent in worship and work, active, maintaining cleanliness, honest and responsible. 2. Implementation of honesty canteen in shaping the character of students through honesty canteen, namely students buying food and drinks in the canteen honestly. 3. Supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing honesty canteens in shaping the character of students, namely: through internal factors of conscience, desire or strong will, good habits by implementing honesty canteens and external factors including environmental and family influences. So it can be concluded that: 1. Application the character of the santri in the Al-Ilahiyyah Payak I Islamic boarding school Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang according to the scope and values ??of character education in an Islamic perspective reflects the good character of the santri.2. the implementation of the honesty canteen in shaping the character of students at the Al-Ilahiyyah Payak I Islamic boarding school Rejoagung Ngoro Jombang through three important theories regarding the purpose of studying morality so that it will improve attitudes and daily behavior. 3. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the honesty canteen in shaping the character of the students are divided into two factors, namely internal and external.
