The rapid development of technology makes a process of change in all aspects of life. Likewise in literary life, changes occur in works, critics, and literary readers. In essence, literature is a work that aims to convey information and become a medium of communication. Technological developments have an impact on the emergence of cyber literature that is developing in the mass media. This article describes the role of cyber literature in learning Indonesian language and literature in the digital era. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative with the type of qualitative research. The discussion in this article is (1) cyber literature, (2) the impact of cyber literature, and (3) the role of cyber literature in learning Indonesian language and literature.The result showed that The negative impact is the plagiarism of literary works. However, the positive impact of cyber literature is that it provides an opportunity to express ideas and creative writings.
Abstrak: Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan Pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas menjadi tantangan bagi perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) untuk berlomba-lomba menarik minat masyarakat agar memilih institusinya. Ditengah persaingan yang cukup berat, peningkatan mutu menjadi hal yang mutlak bagi PTS agar tetap eksis. PTS dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang sebaik-baiknya kepada masyarakat dan berorientasi kepada kebutuhan masyarakat. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akomodasi bagi internasionalisasi PTS, meningkatkan daya saing, meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kualitas manajemen internal, serta untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam rangka memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Pendampingan yang telah dilakukan oleh Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Islam Malang, untuk mewujudkan Good University Governance dilakukan di empat universitas, antara lain: Universitas Islam Kadiri, Universitas Kadiri, Universitas Wahidiyah Kediri, dan STKIP Modern Ngawi selama bulan Februari 2023. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa keempat perguruan tinggi telah menerapkan prinsip Good University Governance yang meliputi: transparansi, akuntabilitas, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan kewajaran.Abstract: The increasing public demand for quality higher education is a challenge for private tertiary institutions (PTS) to compete in attracting the public's interest in choosing their institution. In the midst of quite tough competition, quality improvement is absolutely essential for PTS to continue to exist. PTS is required to be able to provide the best possible service to the community and be oriented to the needs of the community. This assistance aims to provide accommodation for the internationalization of PTS, increase competitiveness, improve the quality of the learning process and the quality of internal management, as well as to improve performance in order to win the competition. Assistance that has been carried out by the Postgraduate Program, Islamic University of Malang, to realize Good University Governance was carried out at four universities, including: Kadiri Islamic University, Kadiri University, Wahidiyah Kediri University, and STKIP Modern Ngawi during February 2023. The results of the assistance show that the four universities have implemented the principles of Good University Governance which include: transparency, accountability, independence, responsibility, and fairness.
Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah fenomena hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran tarikh yang berada di bawah KKM. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya waktu, tenaga, dan kemampuan siswa untuk mengabdikan diri untuk belajar, serta kompleksitas materi yang melekat dan terbatasnya sumber daya yang tersedia bagi mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana siswa kelas IV Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Ulum Putri Kebonsari Malang diajarkan tarrekh dengan memanfaatkan mnemonik. Jenis penelitian kelas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif (penelitian kelas). Data penelitian berasal dari apa yang diajarkan dan apa yang dipelajari di kelas. Wawancara, mengamati, dan menuliskan apa yang Anda lihat adalah semua cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Siswa kelas IV Madrasah Diniyah Kebonsari Malang mengikuti pembelajaran. Data penelitian dipecah, dipajang, dan ditarik kesimpulan. Teknik mnemonic kata kunci digunakan untuk membantu orang belajar tarikh. Hal ini dilakukan dengan merencanakan kegiatan dengan membuat RPP, lembar observasi guru dan siswa, dan evaluasi. Kemudian, RPP digunakan untuk melakukan perubahan implementasi. Dalam mempelajari Tarek, menggunakan kata kunci mnemonik dapat membantu siswa belajar lebih baik, dan mereka dapat memahami materi dengan lebih baik dalam jangka panjang.
The aspect of relevance becomes an indicator of the success of vocational education. In order for vocational school graduates to be able to compete in the era of technological disruption, Vocational Schools are required to be able to produce graduates who have the alignment of competencies possessed by each graduate with the competencies needed in the world of work. To achieve the relevance of vocational education, the development of an integrated solution model for the preparation of vocational education graduates needs to be based on the need for ICT-assisted career services. In this study, survey design was used to examine the mapping of student/graduate needs, career service managers, and graduate users and development design to design an integrated solution model for the preparation of vocational education graduates. The results of mapping the needs of students/graduates, career service managers, and users are used as the basis for developing an integrated solution model for preparing vocational education graduates. It is hoped that this model can be used to optimize career services for students and vocational school graduates in Indonesia in the era of technological disruption.
This paper will discuss the empowerment of teachers to improve the quality of education and school progress. School progress is determined by many factors, including the quality of education implemented. While the quality of education is determined, among others, by the quality of educators (teachers). Therefore, to improve the quality of education and promote schools, it is necessary to improve the quality of teachers. One of the strategic steps to improve the quality of teachers is through teacher empowerment which is carried out integrally and continuously. Teacher empowerment is the involvement of teachers in school decision-making processes, taking action according to the decisions taken, and enjoying the results of implementing school policies. For effective teacher empowerment, effective strategies are needed, including: 1) Formulating sustainable policies; 2) Provision of selected support and assistance; 3) Supervision and motivation; 4) Creating a conducive school environment; 5) Teacher career advancement based on performance and achievement, and 6) Giving prizes to outstanding teachers.
