ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya kredit bermasalah pada PT. BPR Mitra Danagung, Bagaimana cara penyelesaian kredit bermasalah pada PT. BPR Mitra Danagung. Metode analisis data yang diperlukan untuk menulis tugas akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menguraikan data secara sistematis dari fakta-fakta yang didapat kemudian dihubungkan dengan prosedur penyelesaian kredit bermasalah pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Mitra Danagung Padang. PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Mitra Danagung merupakan bank yang bergerak dibidang memberikan pinjaman dalam bentuk kredit yang tujuannya adalah untuk membantu masyarakat yang kekurangan dana yang berada disekitar kota padang. Dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan kredit PT BPR Mitra Danagung didasarkan penelitian ketempat lokasi usaha debitur serta atas laporan-laporan yang diberikan oleh nasabah. Untuk keamanan dari kredit yang diberikan kepada nasabah, maka PT BPR Mitra Danagung meminta adanya jaminan kredit kepada calon nasabah. Penyehatan kredit bermasalah yang dilakukan oleh PT BPR Mitra Danagung dapat dilakukan dengan cara kombinasi yaitu dengan cara memberi surat tunggakan dan surat peringatan kepada debitur, memberikan keringanan pembayaran bunga dan tunggakan pokok, serta mendesak debitur untuk menjual agunan. Penyebab utama dari kredit bermasalah bisa saja karena kesalahan dari pihak bank yang kurang tajam dalam menganalisis latar belakang calon nasabah, sehingga maksud dan tujuan serta sumber pembayaran kembali kredit yang diberikan tidak dapat diketahui secara jelas. Rendah nya tingkat pendidikan nasabah yang menerima kredit, serta kurang adanya komunikasi yang terbuka antara nasabah dengan bank juga dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kredit bermasalah. One of the factors that determines whether or not the goals of a lesson are met is the quality of the learning media used to transmit the subject. This study seeks to determine the use of time magazine media in class XI IPS and the motivation of students in class XI IPS to learn history through time magazine media. This type of research is analytical descriptive, employing qualitative methods to describe the object under study. The study's goal is to increase students' motivation to learn history by utilizing the media of Time magazine. According to the findings of this study, prior to the use of time magazine media in history learning, student motivation was only 58% in the sufficient category, whereas after the use of time magazine media, it increased to 72.2% in the good category. Thus, using time magazines to learn increases student motivation by 14.2%. This demonstrates that time magazines can increase students' motivation to learn history, making them suitable for use in schools and universities.
ABSTRAKSMK Yuppentek 5 merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki fungsi untuk memberikan pelayanan atau fungsi akademik kepada siswa ataupun alumni. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan di SMK Yuppentek 5, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi pada SMK Yuppentek 5 adalah seperti pada proses yang sedang berjalan pada saat ini pengumpulan data alumni/siswa dan laporan administrasi di lakukan dengan menggunakan buku tulis.Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan menggunakan FOD (Flow Of Document). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi lapangan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan dengan cara studi pustaka yaitu dengan mempelajari buku-buku, serta literature lainnya.Sedangkan Program yang di gunakan untuk membentuk aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolan data alumni menggunakan PHP, hasil dari sistem tersebut dapat dijadikan bahan masukan dalam menentukan kebijakan pengolahan data alumni dan meminimalkan masukan kesalahan-kesalahan dalam penyajian informasi berupa laporan.Kata Kunci : Analisa perancangan, SMK Yuppntek 5, PHP, Alumni
At present, the quality of HR decisions is highly dependent on the quality of information held and obtained. HR information should be made available to HR managers and other line managers in the company or agency so that it will facilitate decision making. In the current era of technological development, information systems are developing rapidly in support of management activities. In other words, HR information systems can get the information needed or the choices of many people who are more related to new HR planning activities. The purpose of this study is to measure the contribution of the implementation of human resource information systems to the effectiveness of human resource planning. In this paper, the analysis uses the path analysis model. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the HR information system can explain the benefits of the HR information system in the organization’s HR planning decision making.
<p><em>The decree of Ministry of Education no. 84/2008, which set forth gender mainstreaming in educational field, brings to the consequence for executing the Gender Responsive Based Planning and Financing Management (GRPF). Meanwhile, this management of GRPF is only possible if the differentiated data gender is provided. This research is directed to know the policy and the statute of UIN-SU on the gender mainstreaming in the teaching-learning system and the institution management. Also, to know the steps and technological infrastructure needed in order that UIN-SU can create the gender data which is integral and interconnected. This research is a qualitative one and will conduct the PAR method. The findings of the research, among others, are First; the policy and the statute of UIN Sumatera Utara has not specifically mentioned about gender perspective and gender mainstreaming. Secondly; To create a system of gender data differentiation, some steps are needed to be done, i.e.; early observation and survey on the condition of gender data differentiation within the faculties and related units; socializing and discussing the result of the survey to the head and the decision maker in order to formulate the problem; Thirdly, The necessity to create the data gender differentiation in UIN-SU which should be coordinating with and handed in to the volunteer as well as IT experts (in this case PUSTIPADA UIN-SU). The execution of the data gender providing will be another step and being part of follow up in a research with PAR m</em><em> </em><em>ethod. The steps that the IT team did are; 1). Workshop for creating software of data gender differentiation; 2). Processing the existing system which is integral and connected to all faculties and office unit; 3). Producing regulation of the using and utilizing the systems. </em></p>
