The company strategy must be integrated with the preparation of business strategies and IS / IT strategies. In today’s global competition innovation is very much needed. The results of the analysis of the overall identification of the business processes that are very important to be able to map completely applications that will be applied for that support and following the mission and vision of the company that will be able to help produce the most appropriate architecture adapted by the company. Appropriate strategic planning can also minimize costs. To improve efficiency, effectiveness, improve the image and corporate social responsibility, standard principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) are required, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility and fairness, and to recognize and protect rights and the obligations of other stakeholders. Strategic information system planning that is in line with the company’s business strategy so that it can be highly competitive. By analyzing Ward and Anita Cassidy’s method, it will produce a portfolio of information systems development applications. Recommendations are given by analyzing the problem using the SWOT method and information needs both internal and external using the ward and Peppard method. The results of the study are the SI business strategy, IT strategy and information system application portfolio and recommendations for the number of costs needed as well as applications that can be implemented.
The effect of digital transmission impairments is seen from a diagram called an eye pattern. Measurements of the device can be represented in a simulation. Our motivation in conducting this simulation aims to dig deeper into the variation of parameter changes that exist in improving the eye pattern opening angle. The raised cosine pulse with roll-off (a) of 0.3 was used as the basis for this study, using the Matlab simulation. Important parameter values have been explored to show the best data. Finally, we suggest that we continue to explore optimization techniques for the best results for this eye pattern visualization.
Technology in the construction industry is now rapidly developing. Construction technology, which synergies with good construction management, can increase cost efficiency, time, and project quality. In conventional construction methods, there is a high level of uncertainty. The high level of uncertainty impacts poor project control resulting in project delays, high overhead costs, and a decrease in project quality. Modular home fabrication technology was developed to reduce project costs and time and improve project quality. The increasing demand for proper housing is currently encouraging Indonesia’s Government to create a Subsidized Housing Program. ‘Y’ subsidized housing is one of the subsidized housing in Indonesia. The ‘Y’ subsidized housing construction still uses conventional construction. How to compare the achievement of efficiency in cost and time plans as well as project quality between the application of modular home fabrication technology with traditional construction in ‘Y’ subsidized housing construction, with potential project cost savings of 5-15%, acceleration of project duration of 9 months from planning, and inspection the quality of the project is done in stages? The achievement of cost and time efficiency of the project and improving the quality of the project affect the choice of the construction method. Modular home fabrication technology can be implemented if the modular manufacturer meets the criteria. These criteria are: including being qualified in modernization, having a consistent level of productivity, having adequate mobilization, and commitment that is always maintained to see prospects.
A good SIAKAD is to provide good service to students, therefore it is not necessary to audit the academic information system which is one of the most important supports in a university, the existence of problems in the academic information system is very disturbing, both in service or in performance, as one example of printing KRS that is different from KHS, Sometimes there are differences in values between the values that exist in the system and KHS students, so there is a need for audits, whether from the security system or from user errors or users in running the system. Using Cobit version 5 is expected to be able to correct deficiencies in a system through the use of some parts of the domain in Cobit 5, in Cobit 5 there are several frameworks and Framework used, namely PAM (Process assessment model) with two domain processes, then DSS (Domain Support system) and MEA (Monitoring Evaluation and assess) with nine processes. From the results of audits conducted, measured from the ability level achieved, measurements obtained with the following data are the academic information systems in Mandala reaching 1.33. in other words that the academic information system currently exists at level 1 or Performing, and has a Gap of Capability Level that is expected to have a capability of 1.67.
