Introduction: Fear and anxiety during pregnancy and childbirth can cause problems such as preterm labor and low birth weight. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of anxiety of third-trimester pregnant women in dealing with labor. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study and analyzed with frequency distribution. The population was all pregnant women in the third trimester who were in the working area of the Mapane Community Health Center with a total of 37 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. The results showed that only 8.1% of pregnant women experienced mild anxiety, while 91.9% did not experience anxiety. pregnant women who experience mild anxiety are 20% in the risk age group, 20% with diploma education, 11.5% in mothers who do not work, 60% in primigravidas, and 15.8% in mothers who do not get support from their husbands. Anxiety occurs mostly in primigravida because it is the first experience of pregnancy. It suggested for village midwives providing information about pregnancy and childbirth, especially for primigravida mothers, and involving their husbands in posyandu activities for pregnant women.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keaktifan belajar siswa kelas tinggi di masa pandemi Covid-19, bentuk-bentuk keaktifan belajar siswa di kelas tinggi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan solusi guru dalam meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas tinggi di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang dengan rincian 4 Orang Guru di kelas tinggi, Kepala Sekolah, 6 Siswa, dan 4 orang Tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan Analisis model Milles, Huberman dan Saldana yaitu mengumpulkan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data san penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: 1) Proses belajar Siswa Kelas Tinggi Di SD Negri 07 Sila Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 dilaksanakan mulai 07:30-11:00. 2) Bentuk Keaktifan Siswa Kelas Tinggi pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu:Keaktifan Mendengarkan, Keaktifan membaca, Keaktifan menulis dan mencatat, Keaktifan mengerjakan soal, Keaktifan, keaktifan bertanya dan menjawab, Keaktifan emosi. 3) Cara guru untuk meningkatkan keaktifan Belajar Suswa Kelas Tinggi pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu: (a) Dalam memulai pembelajaran guru akan melakukan percakapan singkat dengan siswa, (b) Menggunkan metode pembelajaran dengan tepat, (c) Penggunaan media pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan akan memberikan keefektifan sendiri dalam proses penyampaian materi, (d) Membuat meteri yang akan di ajarkan,( e) Memberikan motivasi belajar kepada siswa, (f) Melakukan diagnosa kesulitan belajar siswa.Keywords: keaktifan belajar, pandemi Covid-19
Postnatal depression is a mental disorder after the birth of her child and can last up to one year. Maternal postnatal mood disorder not an easy matter. The impact can be devastating life of the mother and her child. Currently there are many women who experienced postnatal depression but has not been detected. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between demographic factors and social support in postnatal depression in The Working Area Of Puskesmas Kayamanya.The design of this research is cross sectional. Research subjects were followed for 56 respondents ranging from childbirth to 7 days postnatal. The samples was chosen by using consequtive sampling. The instruments used in this research are the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) and standard social support questionnaire. The results reveal that the age is not significantly associated with depression postnatal (p = 0.514) and education (p = 0.154); but it is significantly parity (p = 0.012); economic status (p = 0.030), social support include the family (p = 0.035); friends (p = 0.017); and midwives (p = 0.005). The multivariate analysis reveals that midwifes support (wald=4,236; p= 0,04) is the dominant factor causing postnatal depression.
Introduction: The government's seriousness in preventing stunting contained in the national strategy to accelerate stunting prevention should be appreciated. The inclusion of stunting as a priority problem in the use of village funds is the right step because the village is the spearhead, therefore in every village there must be health cadres who focus on this problem. Given the vital role of cadres, cadres need to be equipped with good knowledge. The purpose of this study was to increase the role of cadres in preventing stunting in Bulili Village, South Lore District. Methods: This study is a cohort study for 3 months with the target focus being posyandu cadres and the output is the nutritional status of TB/U of all children aged 0-23 months in Bulili Village, South Lore District. Results: the results showed that the efforts of cadres succeeded in reducing the prevalence of stunting from 35.3% in November 2018 to 16.7% in October 2019, exclusive breastfeeding was associated with stunting. Conclusion: Cadre assistance must be carried out continuously so that cadre performance remains good. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Keseriusan pemerintah dalam pencegahan stunting yang terdapat dalam strategi nasional percepatan pencegahan stunting patut diapresiasi. Dimasukannya stunting sebagai prioritas masalah dalam penggunan dana desa merupakan langkah tepat karena desa adalah ujung tombaknya, olehnya itu di setiap desa harus ada kader kesehatan yang fokus pada masalah ini. Mengingat peran kader yang vital maka kader perlu dibekali dengan pengetahuan yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran kader dalam pencegahan stunting di Desa Bulili Kecamatan Lore Selatan. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cohort selama 3 bulan dengan fokus sasaran adalah kader posyandu dan outputnya adalah status gizi TB/U semua anak usia 0-23 bulan di Desa Bulili Kecamatan Lore Selatan. Hasil: hasil penelitian menunjukan usaha kader berhasil menurunkan prevalensi stunting dari 35,3% pada November 2018 menjadi 16,7% pada Oktober 2019, pemberian ASI eksklusif berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting. Simpulan: Pendampingan kader harus dilakukan berkelanjutan agar kinerja kader tetap baik.
