All this time, writing is widely viewed from various perspectives, such as fragmentary and/ or integrative (mono-disciplinary studies), interdisciplinary studies, and multidisciplinary studies. In this article, learning writing based on psychowriting in the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature, State University of Surabaya is presented. Based on the results of the study, it was found that psychowriting-based writing lesson improves students’ writing skill, writing effectiveness, and the understanding of students’ psychological personality.
<p class="StyleAuthorBold">Abstract</p><p class="abstrak"><em>Research on overcoming exposure to radical issues with critical thinking on critical reading learning is still rarely done. This research is important to be carried out in the reading of the story to avoid radical issues that have been entered in university by using the Asco method (Analyzing, Solving Problems, Comparing). This research approach uses the Quasi-Times Design Series with Control Group experiment. The research data collection, namely the initial test scores and final tests. The experimental group was B2-18 and the control group was B3-18. Data analysis of this study used the One Way Anova SPSS test for Windows with a significance level of <0.05. The results of this study, namely (1) A homogeneous group test of 0.049 which was declared valid because> 0.05 to test this relationship; (2) Anova test of the two groups of 0,000 was declared significant because <0.05. This study aims to describe the application of the Susiso critical reading model at the Akademi Farmasi Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods and uses quasi experiments. The research data is in the form of critical reading scores. Critical reading scores were obtained from tests in the A1-16 and A3-16 classes of the Akademi Farmasi Surabaya. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the Susiso model had a significant effect on critical reading of the A3-16 class at the 0.05 significance level. Based on the summary of the data, it is known that the results of the covariance analysis of the test data for the difference in the initial grade scores of A3-16 and A1-16 classes obtained a significance level (Sig) of 0.029. Furthermore, the influence of the differences between the two groups towards the final test obtained a significance level (Sig) of 0.035. The results of the analysis show that Sig <0.05. The effect of the initial test on the final test has a significance level (Sig) of 0.015. The results of the analysis also showed that Sig <0.05.
This research explains about increasing the ability to think critically to ward off radical issues in critical reading activities in college. This research approach uses a quasi-Times Design Series with Control Group experiment that uses two classes of the same level. The analysis of this study used One Way Anova with a significance level of 0.05. The results and discussion of this study indicate there is significance, namely 0.049 in the final test of the two groups, which means that there are significant differences in CTRI (Critical Thingking about Radicalism Issue) on critical reading learning. Thus, CTRI (Critical Thingking about Radicalism Issue) has a significant effect on critical reading learning.
Penyakit asam urat merupakan suatu penyakit karena kelainan metabolisme purin (hiperurisemia). Untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan tumbuhan alami yang ada. Daun salam memiliki kandungan flavonoid yang mampu menurunkan kadar asam urat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di desa Bambe, kecamatan Driyorejo merupakan kegiatan peningkatan kreatifitas tentang literasi masyarakat untuk hidup sehat. Kegiatan tersebut untuk peningkatan wawasan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan bahan alam yang murah dan mudah didapat di lingkungan sekitar sehingga masyarakat desa Bambe dapat mengolahnya sendiri. Pengeduakasian bagian masyarakat yang terdiri dari para ibu sangat diharapkan dapat langsung menerapkan wawasan tersebut ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di lingkungan keluarga. Kegiatan dilakukan tiga tahap, yaitu tahap I (wawancara kebutuhan penyuluhan dengan mitra); tahap II (pelaksanaan penyuluhan); dan tahap III (evaluasi dan tindak lanjut). Hasil kegiatan yaitu (1) menyadarkan peserta bahwa daun salam tidak hanya sebagai bumbu dapur, (2) kedahsyatan daun salam, (3) daun salam dapat dipakai sebagai penurun kadar asam urat, (4) kandungan unik daun salam, dan (5) Teknik mengolah daun salam. Harapan terlaksananya penyuluhan ini adalah ibu-ibu PKK desa Bambe dapat meningkatkan kreatifitasnya mengolah daun salam sebagai kapsul obat asam urat.
