Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Mengidentifikasi proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Supermarket Diamond Kota Palembang, (2) Menganalisis bauran pemasaran sayuran organik yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen di Supermarket Diamond Kota Palembang, (3) Menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap pembelian sayuran organik dan atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Supermarket Diamond Kota Palembang. Teori preferensi digunakan untuk menganalisa tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Sayuran organik merupakan sayuran yang terbebas dari residu dan zat kimia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 sampai Desember 2020 dengan total sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif tabulasi, skala guttman model cross sectional dan analisis chi-square dengan uji validitas serta reliabilitas. Proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian sayuran organik meliputi pengenalan masalah, pencarian informasi, Evaluasi alternatif, Keputusan pembelian dan Pasca Pembelian. Bauran pemasaran mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap sayuran organik yaitu kualitas sayuran organik, harga yang sesuai dengan kualitas, tempat nyaman dan bersih, serta penempatan sayuran organik yang mudah dijangkau. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa preferensi konsumen terdapat perbedaan yang nyata. Atribut sayuran organik yang paling dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sayuran organik yaitu kesempurnaan fisik, lama kesegaran sayuran, harga, kemasan, dan warna sayuran.
Agricultural insurance is one solution for farmers to minimize the risk of crop failure. The condition of climate change, especially flooding that occurs in paddy fields, of course requires an effort to minimize the risk of crop failure for farmers, one of the efforts that have been made is to provide agricultural insurance for farmers. In Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) Regency this agricultural insurance program has been implemented. Therefore research or study is needed on farmers 'perceptions of agricultural insurance as an effort to minimize the risk of crop failure, so the purpose of this study is to measure farmers' perceptions of agricultural insurance as an effort to minimize the risk of crop failure in rice fields. Identify what factors support and hinder the implementation of insurance and formulate recommendations for developing agricultural insurance that can be done. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Persepsi Petani terhadap asuransi Pertanian secara umum sangat baik. Indikator yang masih perlu diperbaiki adalah sosialisasi asuransi pertanian yang baru dilakukan satu kali serta perbaikan pada jumlah klaim asuransi yang diajukan petani baik dari lamanya waktu pembayaran maupun dalam jumlah klaim yang dibayarkan. Rekomendasi pengembangan program yang diprioritaskan agar asuransi pertanian dapat berkelanjutan adalah kegiatan sosialisasi secara berkala dari pihak perusahaan penyedian asuransi pertanian, pemilahan tingkat premi dan klaim berdasarkan tipologi lahan, peninjauan langsung oleh pihak asuransi saat ada klaim yang diajukan petani sehingga lebih objektif.
Abstract.Planning is the beginning of development activities towards sustainable environmental urgently needed and by integrating ecological footprint into development planning in the region, especially the Spatial Plan (RTRW) that is effective and has a strong tenure. This research aims to analyze existing ecological footprint in South Sumatra, to be able to note the condition of regions ecological footprint. Data analysis is carried out through a quantitative analysis, such as calculating where Ecological Footprint (EFA) and Counting Biocapacity (BC). Researchs related to purun (Heleocharisfistula) economic development should be encouraged for peatland sustainability. For long time, purun crafting was marketed traditionally only to traders who already have closebonding to the crafters. So, the research objective were (1) to evaluate the marketing performance, and (2) to design the marketing model’s plan of purun. This research was conducted in Pedamaran Area, Ogan Komering Ilir on September 2017. The result showed the performance of marketing of purun agroindustry in Pedamaran area has not yet all have a level of performance that corresponds to the importance of all marketing actors. There are gaps between performances and importances of marketing performance for atbributes, i.e. commitment in cooperation, profit, sales, prices, information, and skills improvement. The marketing model’s plan of purun are (1) building cooperative institution formally, (2) improving inputs for increasing profit, and (3) introducing e-commerce.
Overview of the conditions of food security vulnerability at the regional and household level so as to be able to provide recommendations in an effort to improve farm household welfare and increase regional food security. The purpose of this study was to assess the level of vulnerability of food security in the South Sumatra region, measure wellbeing through the level of objective welfare and subjective well-being of paddy farmer families in South Sumatra, provide recommendations to anticipate vulnerability to food security and increase wellbeing of rice farmers in South Sumatra. The method used is the survey method, the data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The method of data analysis carried out consisted of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis is carried out by evaluating the level of composite on the level of food insecurity in the region, then measuring objective wellbeing and subjective wellbeing is carried out. The Province of South Sumatra is in a foodresistant condition, where the IFI value is in the range of 0,00-0,43 which shows that in this area it is not prone to food, but still in priority 4 and 5 which shows the potential for food insecurity. The highest composite index is in Banyuasin and South OKU Districts and East OKU. Based on Objective wellbeing, results showed that farmers who have per capita income above the poverty line in Kayuara Batu Village amounted to 56.67 percent, while farmers who had per capita income below the poverty line were 43, 33 percent. Farmers who have per capita income above the poverty line 18.51 percent, while farmers who have per capita income below the poverty line are 81.49 percent. The total score of subjective welfare of rice farmers in Kayuara Batu Village scored 2.84 and Segayam Village got a score of 2.62 meaning that overall subjective well-being was included as a good criterion. This proves that farmers are satisfied with their personal and social life, happy in carrying out their daily lives and have meaning in their lives. Based on the calculations that have been done obtained r_s arithmetic of 0.201, the positive value obtained means that the relationship between the total income variable and subjective well-being is in the same direction, where the increase in income coincides with an increase in subjective well-being. and subjective well-being.
