APM is an Innovation in 2017 implemented at the Immigration class II Tanjung Balai Karimun Office in making an Indonesian passport. People complain about the new system. Generally, there is a lot of files that need to be prepared and confused to run the procedure. the development of technology can answer these complaints through various media. One of the media that can be used is Interactive Multimedia. Through this media, people can be guided in preparing files and carrying procedures under the activities carried out at the immigration office. therefore, the model is applied in the form of simulation. This research applies the ADDIE model so that the implementation started with a needs analysis, system design based on needs, media development, implementation and evaluation of the applied media. the results of the study are: (1)The results of the needs analysis regarding information on submitting an application for an Indonesian passport there are 69.87% of applicants not yet aware of the passport application procedures through the APM application; (2)Interactive multimedia about the Indonesian passport application simulation using the APM application produced as one of the information media for the community by applying the ADDIE model packaged in format (SWF) and (exe), applying the navigation button feature for user interactivity, content format in the form of text, images, and 2D animation video’s; (3)Formative and summative evaluation results enable interactive multimedia as a learning medium to assist the community in completing files and applying for an Indonesian passport in accordance with actual implementation at the immigration office.

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the relational thinking of male and female visual students in solving mathematical problems. The method used is descriptive analysis. Subjects in this study were 1 male student and 1 female student who had visual learning style. The instruments consists a learning style questionnaires, test questions and interview guidelines. The results showed that visual male students who were able to see equal to (=) as relation symbol, could focus on the expression structure and could provide rationality the problem solving strategy. However, male visual students have not been able to focus on structure because students make computational errors.

Teachers still use many conventional methods. Finally, the students' participation is inactive to find concepts and determine their own solutions. Therefore, a constructivist approach to the material of the circle was applied to the students of SMP Negeri 1 Langgudu Kabupaten Bima. The constructivist approach is one of the learning approaches that enable students. The purpose of the research is to improve the understanding of student learning concepts and activities through the application of constructivist approach. The study was conducted with classroom action research procedures. Implemented two cycles that include: the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study are students of class VIII - A semester II junior high school consisting of 33 students. The research instrument used is 1) Test the learning outcomes given at the end of the learning cycle. 2) The observation sheet, used to obtain a direct description of the learning activities of mathematics through a constructivist approach. The data analyzed is mastery learning. The indicators are the increase in the average score of student learning outcomes, as well as student learning activities in each cycle. The results showed an increase in the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 58.97 with 'percentage mastery' 34.38%. In the second cycle, the average score of student learning outcomes of 84.36 with the percentage of '90.9% completeness. Student learning activities in the first cycle with an average score of 3.73 (active category), on the second cycle average score of 4.22 (active category). This value has been in accordance with research indicators that is an increase in the average score of student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that constructivist learning has increased the understanding of the concept of circle in students
This work aimed to report the paper-based analytical devices (PADs) developed to determine the albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR) using the colorimetric method as a simple detection system. The detection of albumin (ALB) was based on the dye-binding reaction by immobilizing Bromothymol Blue (BTB) onto the PADs. The color change from yellow to blue was identified when ALB reacted with BTB. Creatinine (CRE) detection was carried out according to the Jaffe reaction by reacting CRE with alkaline picrate, which was immobilized onto the PADs, resulting in the color change from yellow to orange CRE-picrate complex. The intensity of the color formed is proportional to the concentration of ALB and CRE. The proposed method was successfully applied to detect ACR in synthetic urine samples with accuracy in the range of 77%-93% and relative standard deviations < 5%. The detection limits for ALB and CRE were 2.4 and 5.3 mg dl −1 , respectively. This device provides an inexpensive, simple, fast, disposable, and affordable tool for possible early detection of kidney damage because of nephropathy.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
