Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian kualitas produk markisa tongkonan pada IKM Palawa Co Industri di Kota Makassar. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistic Quality Control, yaitu sebuah metode statistik yang digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana proses pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan, dimana hasilnya dibandingkan dengan standar yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas produk pada IKM Palawa CO Industri masih belum terkendali, dengan rata-rata kerusakan produk sebesar 3,30 % per hari. Jenis kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi adalah Warna tidak merata dengan total 55.586 botol. Dari hasil observasi lapangan dan wawancara, faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kerusakan ini adalah faktor manusia, mesin, lingkungan, metode kerja dan bahan baku.
Research studies on the composition of basic vegetation in Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Grand Forest Park area have been conducted from July toAugust 2018 with multiple plot vegetation method.. The plots placement was done by purposive sampling at two different land cover locations. The plot size sampling was 10x10 meters, 8 plots were located at the burnt location and 5 plots at the location of the bulian natural habitat. The results of the study found 37 families, and 80 species, where the family that has the highest number of species is the Moraceae family which is as many as 6 species. Plant species found in burned areas were 48 species, in non-burnt areas (bulian habitat) 29 species and in post-burned and non-burned area as many as 3 species. ABSTRAKPenelitian studi komposisi vegetasi dasar di kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Sultan Thaha Saifuddin telah dilakukan dari bulan Juli -Agustus 2018 dengan metode analisis vegetasi petak ganda. Peletakan plot di lakukan secara purposive sampling pada dua lokasi tutupan lahan yang berbeda. Ukuran petak sampling 10x10 meter, 8 buah petak diletakan pada lokasi bekas terbakar dan 5 buah petak pada lokasi habitat alami bulian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 37 famili dan 80 spesies, dimana famili yang memiliki jumlah spesies terbanyak adalah famili Moraceae yaitu 6 spesies. Jenis tumbuhan yang terdapat di areal bekas terbakar sebanyak 48 spesies, di areal tidak terbakar (habitat bulian) 29 spesies dan di areal bekas terbakar dan tidak terbakar sebanyak 3 spesies.Kata kunci: vegetasi dasar, habitat bulian, bekas terbakar, komposisi
Lowland forest vegetation can still be found on the Jambi University Campus, namely at the Jambi Mendalo University Educational Forest (HPUJM). Jambi University Educational Forest is administratively located in Mendalo Indah Village, Jambi Luar Kota District, Muaro Jambi Regency, Jambi Province. Vegetation communities are formed by the presence and interaction of the various types of plants that compose them. The form of interaction between plant species in a community is called an association. Associations can be in the form of positive associations and negative associations. This research was conducted to know the association between dominant tree species. This study used a purposive sampling method by determining a sampling area of 9600 m2 or 0.96 ha measuring 160m x 60m, divided into 24 sub-plots, each measuring 20m x 20m. Species having an Importance Value Index (IVI) of ≥ 10% were used as the association analysis. The 2x2 contingency table was used to analyze whether or not associations were present between tree species. The results showed, of 15 dominant tree combinations, there were only 4 associated combinations, namely the association between Aporosa lucida and Vitex pinnata, the association between Endospermum diadenum and V.pinnata, the association of Litsea ferruginea with Gironniera diadenum, the association of L. ferruginea with V.pinnata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan PNBP terkait perencanaan, pencapaian target dan realisasi anggaran serta kualitas layanan terhadap masyarakat dan (2) mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan PNBP pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang bersifat kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan periode tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis efektivitas yang sifatnya menguraikan, menggambarkan dan membandingkan suatu data atau keadaan sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori efektif, meskipun dalam beberapa kegiatan pelayanan pertanahan masih diperlukan perbaikan dalam segala aspek, baik itu dari system pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia yang memadai, perencanaan anggaran, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Pengelolaan PNBP sudah sesuai dengan SPOPP yang berlaku pada Kementerian ATR/BPN berdasarkan Peraturan Kepala BPN RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2010. Dari jenis pelayanan, tarif yang ditentukan, jangka waktu penyelesaian dan persyaratan yang ditetapkan. Meskipun masih perlu dilakukan inovasi pelayanan untuk percepatan kegiatan pelayanan pertanahan.
Like other ecosystems, burnt peatlands will run into natural regeneration, characterized by pioneer plants’ presence as a succession process guard. However, annual burnt peatlands can complicate vegetation growth, including the pioneer's presence. Besides that, it is unknown what kind of grow pioneers are, so the research aims to find out the pioneer plants’ diversity on burnt peatlands is essential. The reasonably extensive distribution of peat ecosystems and high fire potential in Sumatra is Tanjung Jabung Regency of Jambi Province selected to study. The locations of plant species inventory are Orang Kayo Hitam Forest Park (burnt five times), village forest (HD) Sinar Wajo, and HD Koto Kandis Dendang (each burnt once) using the Nested Quadrat and Line Transect of vegetation survey method. Vegetation analysis showed that 22 pioneers were found in HD Sinar Wajo and 27 species in HD Koto Kandis Dendang. Some are identified as ferns (Pteridophyta), breed with spores, and pioneer plants reproduce by seeds (Spermatophyta). In Orang Kayo Hitam Forest Park found 26 species consisting of plants, trees, shrubs, and lianas. Among the three locations, we found the same type of pioneer. It is implied that patterns and regeneration processes can help each other in the same landscape.
