An organization-based superior education strategy is certainly very different from the formal education strategy in general. An organization-based superior education strategy is not limited by space and time. Education can be done anywhere, anytime, and how things are. So PD IPM Ponorogo seeks to maximize the superior education strategy to cadre its members so that later they can become the next generation of the nation that is useful for themselves, the community, and the nation. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out the forms of superior education, 2) To find out the organization-based superior education strategy and, 3) To understand the supporting and inhibiting factors of superior education based strategies organization in the Regional Leadership of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Student Association. This research approach is a qualitative approach, with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the Regional Leaders of the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Student Association had and implemented several types of education strategies namely holding positive activities, cooperating with other parties, cooperating with AUM or the institutions needed, introducing and getting used to reading books, introducing culture literacy, balancing physical and spiritual health, building an organization with family, sharing with friends, approaching members, and identifying opportunities.
The role of the Amil Zakat institution is very much needed in society, many Amil Zakat institutions have the passion to provide assistance to the community by making moral and material contributions. One of the Amil Zakat institutions in Ponorogo is Bank Ziska or stands for financial assistance from zakat funds, infaq-shodaqoh and other religious social funds. The funds obtained will eventually be used for the welfare of the people by using various distribution methods. Bank Ziska in Ponorogo is an example of an amil zakat institution that has provided various kinds of economic development programs for the people and community empowerment, including giving cash to people who have been entangled in usury debt and cannot pay it, another program is to create an UMKM village that has was inaugurated by the Regent of Ponorogo, Sugiri 'Kang Giri' Sancoko in the MSME Village of Moneylender-Free Empowerment and the Digitalization of Bank Ziska Lazismu in Jintab Hamlet, Wonokerto Village, Jetis District 2021. for the national amil zakat institution.
The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 encourages every field to be able to run with the times, not least in the field of education. Educational institutions must be able to improve the quality of services and learning so that they can produce graduates who are ready to fill every required field. One effort that can be done is to apply bilingualism in learning so that students have sufficient soft skills in English and Arabic. The purpose of this research was to determine the school management in implementing bilingualism in their learning both inside and outside the classroom, as well as the effectiveness of bilingual learning activities at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Jetis Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach, with an ethnographic research design. This design in data collection uses direct observation techniques in the field, conducts in-depth interviews, and collects various documentary information. The data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation, data validity validation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are as follows: Bilingual learning at PP MBS Jetis Ponorogo is one of the visions and missions of MBS Jetis. MBS Jetis conceptualizes a bilingual learning strategy so that the achievement of language standards can be achieved. The implementation of bilingual learning at MBS Jetis is carried out in stages and on a scheduled basis, starting with activities after Fajr until Dhuhur, after which activities are continued in the dormitory. Bilingual learning that has been carried out at MBS Jetis has a positive impact both in terms of academic and non-academic.
The Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School located in the village of Ngabar Ponorogo which was established in 1961 is one of the cottages that implement Arabic language learning that combines formal and non-formal education. Non-formal education is carried out by teaching Arabic through extracurricular activities. The combination of these two learning models has proven to be able to produce alumni who are proficient in Arabic, both written and spoken.The type of research conducted by researchers in this study is qualitative. While the data acquisition is obtained in the field directly at the location of the data source. Data were also obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation.The purpose of this research is to find out what models have been implemented by Boarding School, how the implementation of the model, and how the results of the application of the model. So that this model is expected to be developed by the Boarding School and can inspire other institutions to improve the quality of Arabic learning for their students.The results of this study conclude that the Wali Songo Ngabar Islamic Boarding School in improving Arabic language skills, learning is not only delivered in class, but Arabic learning is applied and taught outside of class hours through extracurricular activities. There are several models of extracurricular activities in Arabic learning that are designed and have been practiced at the Wali Songo Islamic Boarding School Ngabar, namely: Ilqoul Mufrodat Jadidah (delivery of new vocabulary), Muhadatsah (conversation), Muhadhoroh (speech), Idhof lughowi (language tutoring), Shohafiyah (journalism), and Fanniyatul khoth (writing).
The learning of al-Qur'an in the WAFA method is a method that prioritizes the right brain, is comprehensive, enjoys enjoyment so that it accidentally gets meaningful lessons, and the delivery of the material includes three modalities namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Besides that interesting learning is accompanied by the rhythm of songs, movements, claps, and imagination. The WAFA method uses Hijaz tones so students are easily accepted and remembered. Through this form of delivery, students are excited. The writing of this thesis aims to describe: 1) Knowing the implementation of the Al-Qur'an learning method of Wafa in MI Nurul Huda Grogol. 2) Knowing students 'learning achievement in the Hadith Qur'an field in MI Nurul Huda Grogol 3) Knowing the correlation between the Al-Qur'an learning method of Wafa on students' learning achievement in the Hadith Qur'an study in MI Nurul Huda Grogol. This research is a quantitative research with data processing using SPSS 18 Product Moment Correlation. Data collection techniques carried out are observation, interview, and questionnaire techniques. Furthermore, the data is obtained, test hypotheses, discussions, and conclusions. The findings of this thesis research prove that: 1) The implementation of the Al-Qur'an learning method of WAFA carried out in MI Nurul Huda Grogol is very pleasant. 2) Students get satisfactory learning achievements during the Hadith Qur'an evaluation both daily, memorizing, group assignments, and semester tests. Students can answer the teacher's questions spontaneously correctly and just before the lesson begins. 3) There is a correlation between the learning of the Qur'an and the WAFA method with learning achievements in the field of Qur'an study. 0.012 and variable Y 0.012, and the percentage correlation value was 32.4%
