Introduction. School libraries  as part of the educational institution are required to provide all the necessary information resources to support learning process. A reliable library  system is needed to improve the library services. Data Collection Method. Theresearch method used was observation to developa new system and improve an existing one.Data Analysis. The design of the school library information system is based on “need analysis” to tackle problems occur in library services. Results and Discussions. The design of school library information systems is made simpler than University library or regional library or even archive management  that are based on circulation services, including lending and returning and fines.The school library information system is designed by using phpMyAdmin programming language and SQL database. The steps taken include inputting data collections, membership data, membercard printing, library free printing, lending and returning transactions and data reporting, including fines. The design undertaken to make the school library information system includes the design of the interface system design to facilitate users and librarians in managing the school library.Conclusions and recommendations. With the simple system design, it is expected that school libraries can create their own information system so that the service can be more  effective and efficient.

Implementation of automation systems in the library make it easy access for students and can improve the quality of its services. SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta's AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan berbagai kemudahan kerja dalam segala bidang termasuk perpustakaan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi disebut dengan otomasi perpustakaan. Kegiatan manual di perpustakaan semakin hari semakin ditinggalkan karena adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemustaka. Perpustakaan SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Internasional Yogyakarta telah menerapkan sistem otomasi berupa IBRA V6 dalam pelayanan perpustakaannya. Namun, perpustakaan ini masih sering melakukan pelayanan secara manual padahal sudah terotomasi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan evaluasi terhadap sistem otomasi IBRA V6. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem otomasi perpustakaan berbasis IBRA V6 pada bagian peminjaman dan pengembalian (sirkulasi). Metode penelitiannya kualitatif yang memfokuskan pada proses sirkulasi bagian peminjaman dan pengembalian koleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori kinerja layanan kemudian diformulasikan dengan teori model kesuksesan sistem DeLone & McLean yang didapat 5 indikator dari 3 Aspek yaitu sarana pendukung, kualitas sistem, operasional, layanan serta dampak yang dihasilkan. Dari ke-lima indikator tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa indikator pertama yaitu sarana pendukung sudah memadai hanya saja ruangannya yang sempit sehingga pelayanan keseluruhan kurang maksimal. Sedangkan untuk indikator yang lain diperoleh hasil yang baik, efektif dan efisien. Sehingga kesimpulannya adalah kinerja sistem otomasi perpustakaan berbasis IBRA V6 pada proses sirkulasi di perpustakaan SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Internasional baik.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi; Sistem otomasi perpustakaan IBRA V6; Sirkulasi.

Communication is one important element in ensuring the success of an activity in the library. One type of communication that must be owned by everyone, especially librarians is persuasive communication. This communication is meant to influence people's choices. It is not only applied in the library but also implemented outside the library that is in the community environment. By conducting persuasive communication within the library, librarians are able to persuade or invite users to find solutions to their problems by utilizing library services. Meanwhile, in the midst of society, they must be able to influence the surrounding community to use the right information to solve the problems faced in their life.
