This development research aims to produce thematic teaching materials that are feasible and effective to use as additional teaching materials besides textbooks on the theme of living things and the environment. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Alue Dua Langsa. The research sample was students of class V B SDN 1 Alue Dua. The method in this research is the method of research and development (Research and Development) with the Three D (3D) development model. The results of increasing student competence in the form of cognitive abilities using pre-experimental methods with One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The results showed that the additional thematic teaching materials in the form of modules based on Community Science Technology (STM) were declared valid by experts / experts with a validation rate of 84%. Furthermore, there was an increase in students' cognitive abilities which could be seen from the post-test average score increased to 70.5 from the pretest score of 39.27 and the N-Gain score on the high criteria, namely 71.28. So it can be concluded that thematic teaching materials in the form of STM-based modules are feasible to use and have a significant effect on improving the competence of students' cognitive abilities. Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar tematik yang layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan selain buku paket pada tema makhluk hidup dan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan di SDN 1 Alue Dua Kota langsa dengan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas V B SDN 1 Alue Dua. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Researchand Development) dengan model pengembangan Three D (3D). Hasil peningkatan kompetensi siswa berupa kemampuan kognitif menggunakan metode pre-experimental dengan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik tambahan berupa modul berbasis Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) dinyatakan valid oleh ahli/pakar dengan tingkat validasi sebesar 84%. Selanjutnya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan kognitif siswa yang dapat dilihat dari skor rata rata postes meningkat menjadi 70,5 dari skor pretes 39,27 dan skor N-Gain pada kriteria tinggi yaitu 71,28. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar tematik berupa modul berbasis STM layak digunakan dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kemampuan kognitif siswa di SDN 1 Alue Dua. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the Human Development Index in the Special Regional of Yogyakarta. This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Regional Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKAD) in the Special Regional of Yogyakarta, namely Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency, Kulon Progo Regency, and Gunung Kidul Regency in 2013- 2018. Meanwhile, the analysis tools used in the study used the Panel Data Method with the Fixed Effect Model approach. This study indicates that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) and government spending in the health sector positively and significantly affect the Human Development Index. Government spending in the education sector has a negative and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI).
Brain is a part of the nervous system. The Nervous system has characteristics of abstract and complicated matter, because it deals with complex physical and chemical mechanisms. Therefore something is needed that can help to simplify this matter like application Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The application of AR technology to the learning of the nervous system on the brain is an android-based application that provides 3D illustrations of the brain and nerve cells so that students can see it directly and interact with the object. Method that used on development this AR application is Multimedia Development Life Cycle. Softwares that used in buildong this application are CorelDraw, Vuforia, Unity, and Visual Studio Code. The results obtained is an AR application for learning the nervous system on the brain. The tests was carried out on several students with alpha testing and beta testing methods. Based on the tests this AR application has been running well according to its function
Good learning is created because of the good motivation given by a teacher to students. Motivation already exists in humans but it emerges because of encouragement, one of which is from a teacher who always provides direction, attention and always encourages students so that students always learn to be successfull people later. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Bukit Tiga Aceh Timur with the sample of the study were fifth grade students of SDN Bukit Tiga. The method used in this research is descriptive survey technique. The data collection instruments used in this study were validation instrument sheet, learning outcomes test, quetionnaires and observation sheets. The result showed that the most chosen motivation given by teachers to students in science learning at SDN Bukit Tiga was the giving of prizes (Rewards) with veri high learning motivation (MBST) followed by attention that had high learning motivation (MBT) and giving punishmant with hig learning motivation (MBT). Abstrak Pembelajaran yang baik tercipta karena adanya motivasi yang baik yang diberikan oleh seorang guru kepada siswa. Motivasi memang sudah ada dalam diri manusia tetapi kemunculannya terjadi karena adanya dorongan, salah satunya dari seorang guru yang selalu memberikan arahan, perhatian dan selalu memberikan semangat kepada siswa agar siswa selalu belajar menjadi orang yang berhasil nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Bukit Tiga Aceh Timur dengan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Bukit Tiga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan teknik survey. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar instrumen validasi, tes hasil belajar, angket dan lembar observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang paling banyak dipilih yang diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA di SDN Bukit Tiga adalah pemberian hadiah (Reward) yang memiliki motivasi belajar sangat tinggi (MBST) disusul dengan perhatian yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi (MBT), dan pemberian hukuman (Punishment) yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi (MBT). The purpose of this study is what is the level of income concerned has a positive impact on the level of welfare of their household. the population in this study were 117 owner of swallow in District Duampanua all of swallow owners are drawn into the research sample.this study uses quantitative and qualitative of data. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation techniques.The analysis techniques of data use quantitative and qualitative approaches. From the results of the research, the high category of swallow owners' welfare, namely health and nutrition, the level and pattern of consumption, housing and the environment while including the category of population, education, social and other employment. the results of the analysis show that the number of swallow owners who are included in the high level of welfare is 3 respondent.
