<span><em>Experts of education introduce various theory of learning, so that learning </em><span><em>can run effective and effiient, and it is no needs many times. In fact, </em><span><em>there is no any theory that shows strategy of learning completely. There </em><span><em>are many factors that must be considered, both of internal and external </em><span><em>factors. The most inflential of external factors is teacher. Whether</em><br /><span><em>students able to receive material well or not is inflenced by teacher. At </em><span><em>home, the responsibility of student in the hand of parents, but at school </em><span><em>the responsibility of student taken by teacher. <em>Universities are still in the process of transitioning to the global level; therefore universities require autonomy, accountability, legitimacy, and credibility. The backwardness of the education sector must be pursued by improving the education system, and higher education as an organization must be able to adapt to these changes so as not to suffer from increasingly fierce competition. One significant effort is to reform education through innovation and creativity. Consequently, the above needs and the objectives of implementing higher education, it requires that the management of higher education institutions be carried out professionally. This can be realized when the college has an excellent strategic management plan because with proper planning the organization will be able to walk towards achieving its goals and sustainability, as well as the function of the institution as a protected educational institution. The implementation of higher education based on stakeholders inevitably must have a plan for a sustainable organizational and educational activity strategy, in accordance with the conditions of the internal environment and the external environment (competition with similar universities, regulators, inflation/ economic conditions, etc.) so that universities always have excellence competitiveness, added value and differentiation to satisfy stakeholders, which in turn make the acceptance of higher education continuously exist, respected and needed by the community.</em>
<p><em>The supervision essentially contains several main activities, namely the continuous coaching, professional ability development of personnel, improvement of teaching and learning situation with the final target achievement of educational goals and personal growth of students. Supervision done by headmaster as supervisor is to help teachers improve teaching situations in a broad sense. One of the tasks in order to improve the quality of teaching in schools is to develop and analyze the curriculum applied in school. In order to analyze the school curriculum, the principal task is to help teachers improve the teaching profession.</em></p>
Motivasi adalah salah satu fungsi manajemen yang sangat penting, sebab tanpa fungsi ini maka apa yang telah direncanakan dan diorganisir tidak dapat direalisir dalam kenyataan. Fungsi motivasi menempati posisi vital bagi langkah-langkah manajemen dalam merealisir segenap tujuan, rencana dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.
