This research was a descriptive research, conducted by using a quantitative approach. The research aimed to study the administrative innovation carried out by the teachers in MAN (Islamic Senior High School) Rejang Lebong and the obstacles faced by the teachers in conducting the innovation. Data was obtained by delivering questionnaires to 54 teachers in MAN Rejang Lebong. Questionnaires consisted of two parts, i.e.: 1) data regarding teacher’s innovation and 2) data regarding teacher’s obstacles in conducting the administrative innovation. Data was processed by using a percentage and a likert scale to determine the interval. The findings in this research explained that the teachers in MAN Rejang Lebong have conducted the administrative innovation. However, the innovation conducted has not been optimally done, i.e. 61,5%, with a 62,15% innovation on prota (annual program); a 61,67% innovation on promes (semester program); a 58,72% innovation on syllabus; a 63,75% innovation on RPP (Lesson Plan). The obstacles that are interrupting the teachers in conducting the innovation, i.e. i) time constraint due to the teacher’s tight performance schedule, ii) ever-changing curriculum, iii) the lack of carrying capacity, facilities, and infrastructure, iv) leadership, and v) technical guidance and administrative management.Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi administrasi yang dilakukan guru di MAN Rejang Lebong, dan hambatan-hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan inovasi administrasi tersebut. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada 54 guru MAN Rejang Lebong. Angket terdiri dari dua yakni untuk mendapatkan data mengenai inovasi guru dan data mengenai hambatan guru dalam melakukan inovasi administrasi. Data diolah dengan persentase dan rumus skala likert untuk menentukan intervalnya. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan guru-guru MAN Rejang Lebong telah melakukan inovasi administrasi, akan tetapi inovasi yang dilakukakan belum maksimal, yaitu sebesar 61,57%, dengan 62,15% inovasi pada Prota, 61,67% inovasi pada promes, 58,72% inovasi pada silabus, dan 63,75% inovasi pada RPP. Adapun faktor-faktor yang menghambat guru-guru tersebut dalam berinovasi yaitu keterbatasan waktu karena padatnya jadwal kinerja guru, kurikulum yang sering berubah, kurangnya daya dukung, sarana, dan prasarana, masalah kepemimpinan, dan kurangnya bimtek dan pengelolaan administrasi.
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the principal in improving teacher performance. Research uses a field research approach (field research). The results of the study, the headmaster always supervises or supervises by going around the classroom to see the teacher. In addition to supervising the teaching of the madrasah head teacher also plays a role in the process of monitoring or evaluating the work of all staff in the madrasah including the teacher, the madrasa head tries to influence teachers and employees to encourage enthusiasm for work and commitment to the task objectives. The conclusion of this research is the madrasa head plays an active role in efforts to improve the work ethic of teachers, namely by establishing harmonious relationships with fellow teachers (teachers), providing welfare to teachers who accommodate, control and evaluate teachers in carrying out their tasks so that they can change mindsets in building the character of the teacher, so that the teachers helped build the madrasas to be the foremost in accordance with their vision and mission. The purpose of this research is to know the competence of teachers in implementing the learning model of Two Stay Two Stay (TSTS) to improve the learning achievement of grade VII students of SMP 27 Rejang Lebong Desa Durian Mas. This research is qualitative research, with observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data selection, display data and conclusion retrieval. The results of the study, obtained 3 things related to the learning benefits of the two stay two stay model, first, the competence of teachers in applying learning models to improve the learning achievement of students is already good, and teachers convey the material as usual, forming groups and students more eager to learn and more active. With the learning model Two Stay Two Stay makes students feel themselves getting attention and the opportunity to express opinions, ideas and ideas. Both Two Stay Two Stay Lessons have advantages in improving students' learning. All three student learning outcomes after the teacher applied the learning model to PAI subjects have already shown success. This can be seen from the results of replays and assignments, either in groups or individually. In conclusion, the learning model of Two Stay Two Stay has been well run by pai subject teachers and provides positive results in improving the learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP 27 Rejang Lebong Desa Durian Mas. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of madrasa principals in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach that is research that describes or illustrates the state or status of phenomena. The results of the study, several things that need to be done by the madrasa head include: 1) Knowing the condition / condition of the teacher in the background of environmental, social and economic life, 2) stimulating the teacher's work spirit in various ways, 3) maintaining the availability of facilities needed to develop the ability teacher, 4) increasing teacher participation in the school environment, 5) fostering a sense of family within the school environment, 6) strengthening the relationship of the school with the community, committee and student guardians. Conclusions, the management of madrasas in improving the professional competence of Islamic religious education teachers (PAI) are: 1) involving teachers in training activities, 2) promoting discipline, 3) motivating teachers, 4) supervision. <p><em>Akreditasi menjadi salah satu aspek yang penting dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah yang menjadi salah satu upaya peningkatan mutu. Pentingnya akreditasi dalam lingkungan pendidikan ini tentunya melatarbelakangi pentingnya manajemen menjadi salah satu kuncinya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan manajemen yang baik. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan manajemen yang dilaksanakan di MTs Bunayya Islamic School dalam akreditasi dalam peningkatan mutu. Pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis deskriptif adalah metode yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, pengelompokan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data diuji keabsahannya dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi waktu dan triangulasi teknik. Proses Akreditasi di MTs Bunaya Islamic School dimulai dari perencanaan akreditasi, pengorganisasian akreditasi, pelaksanaan akreditasi madrasah, serta pengawasan akreditasi madrasah di MTs Bunayya Islamic School dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah. Akreditasi ini MTs Bunayya Islamic School mendapatkan nilai 86 dengan predikat akreditasi B. Dampak akreditasi secara internal adalah guru–guru mempunyai kesadaran untuk meningkatkan kompotensi yang dimilikinya. Dampak secara eksternal dengan adanya proses akreditasi adalah kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sekolah bertambah.</em></p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:<em> </em></strong><em>Manajemen Akreditasi, Peningkatan Mutu</em><em></em></p>
