The combat capabilities of the recconnaissance unit depend on the effectiveness of recconnaissance during the assessment of the area of operation of the unit. The methods of video processing significantly impact the quality of the task assigned to the unit. Fast and high-quality processing of video air reconnaissance allows to carry out analysis, predict trends of changes in the defensive positions of the enemy, determine their strength and location, concentration of forces for the offensive or raid. The biggest problems are connected with real-time data transmission and solving tasks that need to be solved in order to use a large number of computing resources. The variety of digital imaging techniques and algorithms is associated with a wide range of problems that arise during the processing and transmission of digital data. To solve important practical tasks, including the identification of useful optical signals and images on the background of interference, integrated designs are created, in which matrix receivers of the emission are combined with electronic image processing systems. At the same time, many modern articles do not take into account a number of new factors and problems related to, for example, the sharp increase in the volume of information to be processed in real time, with peculiarities of space and time selection of high definition, etc. The peculiarities of the choice of algorithms of digital image processing in the optical-electronic devices of UAV significantly affect the probability of detection of trace objects and combat capabilities of the UAV in general.
Considering the lack of standard test methods for communication channels of modern unmanned aerial systems (UAS) class I and II, according to the UAS classification of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it was decided to work out the basic approaches for determining indicators, conditions and procedure for conducting tests in this direction. The suggested methodological recommendations will improve the quality of the parameters and characteristics assessment for communication channels of UAS I and II classes. One of the distinctive trends in the development of modern forms and methods of conducting armed combat at all stages of the armed conflict is the widespread use of the UASs by opposing parties. UASs are capable of significant increasing the effectiveness of accomplishing aerial reconnaissance tasks, organizing electronic warfare, and providing real-time delivery of target pinpointing to fire means for the destruction of enemy’s manpower and material. A distinctive feature of UAS is that its external crew, as a rule, accomplish its mission at a considerable distance from the objects of attack. This fact significantly reduces the security risks and threats associated with performing combat missions under conditions of active enemy counteraction. Due to this feature, considerable attention is paid to the development of a reliable communication system that would be able to ensure task accomplishment at the maximum distance from command and control site. During the tests of UAS Class I and II, the specialists of the State Scientific Research Institute of Armament and Military Equipment Testing and Certification used testing methods of radio channels assessment, which will allow to improve the quality of UAS research of this type and give the manufacturers recommendations for increasing their capabilities.
В статье выполнен анализ семантического и прагматического потенциала лексемы птица и шире-орнитологической лексики, в которую включены дериваты слова птица и номинации атрибутов и действий, птице свойственных. Эмпирическая база расширена устойчивыми выражениями (фразеологическими единицами, речевыми формулами и прецедентными фактами), которые формируют широкое ассоциативное поле вокруг наших представлений о птицах. Основываясь на многочисленных языковых и речевых фактах, невозможно отрицать действия универсального когнитивного механизма уподобления антропологических признаков (внешнего вида, поведения, движений / перемещений, эмоций, интеллекта, речи, социального статуса) орнитологическим. Маркерами такого уподобления служат метафорические и идиоматические значения лексем из функционально-семантического кластера «Птица». Устойчивость воспроизведения метафор на основе орнитологической лексики свидетельствует о культурноэстетической ценности и актуальности концепта ПТИЦА в разных типах современного русского дискурса. При этом образ ПТИЦЫ не однозначен, так как системные и контекстуальные оценки полярны или амбивалентны, что создает условия для дальнейшей разработки этого концепта, а также средств его вербализации в разных направлениях-деривационном и семантическом.
