Job satisfaction is one of the factors that influence employee productivity. The work situation in the company will affect the job satisfaction of an employee. Employees who are satisfied with their work will be more loyal to the company because they think that the company has succeeded in fulfilling the desire of employees in the context of work. This study raises the effect of work environment on employee job satisfaction with motivation as mediation of 115 PwC Indonesia's employees using purposive sampling method and proceed using PLS-SEM. The result showed that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant influence on motivation, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction with motivation as a mediating variable.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan dari nilai rata-rata antara rasio profitability, financial stability, capital turnover, financial leverage, dan asset composition terhadap terjadinya fraudulent financial statement pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan 49 data perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan metode pemilihan sampel berdasarkan purposive sampling. Alat analisis hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah independent t-test yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 23.0 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa financial stability memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap fraudulent financial statement, sedangkan profitability, capital turnover, financial leverage, dan asset composition tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap fraudulent financial statement.
Economic problems require resolution for various unemployment, weak industrial competitiveness in global markets, job creation, income distribution, and poverty eradication, and technological change. Growing interest in entrepreneuship is expected to create new jobs to reduce unemployment. The government is trying to promote entrepreneurial activities for young entrepreneurs including students, so in this research the respondents came from Law Faculty students to find out how much effort they had in having an interest in entrepreneurship. The aims of study is to decide the effect of locus of control, need for achievement, risk tolerance, and entrepreneurial alertness on entrepreneurial intention. The sample consisted of 100 Law Faculty students as respondent, used a purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression was perfume using the random effect method of IBM SPSS software version 23. The results showed that there was a significant effect between risk tolerance and entrepreneurial alertness towards entrepreneurial intention, while the locus of control and need for achievement did not have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor penentu minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Dari kajian pustakaa terdapat beberpa faktor internal yang menentukan minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian dilakukan pada beberapa perguruan tinggi swasta yang memiliki konsentasi kewirausahaan yang terdapat di Jakarta. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive yang terdapat di beberapa perguruan tinggi swasta pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi yang berkonsentrasi kewirausahaan. . Diteliti 300 mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi yang terdapat di 10 lokasi perguruan tinggi di Jakata. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melaui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis faktor.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga faktor yang dominan dari internal yang dominan bagi mahasiswa berminat melakukan wirausaha. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perguruan tinggi khususnya membekali mahasiswa untuk melakukan wirausaha, dengan meningkatkan pembelajaran kewirausahanan diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha.
