ÖZETBu araştırmanın amacı, ortaöğretimde beden eğitimi dersinin seçmeli olarak işlenmesinin öğrenciler üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektedir. Araştırmaya Ankara il merkezinde eğitim öğretim veren 6 ortaöğretim kurumundan toplam 417 öğrenci (224 erkek, 193 kız) katılmıştır. Öğrencilere ortaöğretim kurumlarında uygulanan beden eğitimi dersinin seçmeli olmasıyla ilgili hazırlanan görüş anketi uygulanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen veriler frekans ve yüzdelerle açıklanmış ve yorumlanmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık için ise 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi seçilmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda, beden eğitimi dersinin sağlıklı olmayı, fiziksel gelişimi sağlamayı, düzenli spor yapma alışkanlığı kazanmayı sağladığı, özellikle üniversite sınavına hazırlanma aşamasında zihinsel yorgunluğu azaltmada, kaygı ve stresi azaltmada, huzurlu ve gevşemiş hissetmede büyük öneme sahip olduğu dolayısıyla programda yer alması gerektiği sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Beden Eğitimi ve Spor, Ortaöğretim, Seçmeli Ders, Beden Eğitimi Dersi. EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS AS ELECTIVE COURSES IN SECONDARY EDUCATION SCHOOLS BY STUDENTS ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of physical education lessons as elective courses in secondary education schools by students. Totally 417 students (224 boys, 193 girls) from 6 high schools in Ankara participated in this research. The measurement tool about physical education lessons as elective courses in secondary education schools was given to the students. The data obtained from the scales have been explained and interpreted with numbers and percentages. Alpha level of 0,05 was set for Statistical signifiance for all analyzes.Based on the results of this investigation, it can be seen that, physical education is very important in fitness and physical development, in acguiring the habit of making sports regularly and moreover it is very important in decreasing stress and anxiety and feeling ease and relax in the pace of preparation to university exams. So, it must take a part in the curriculum.

The aim of the research was to investigate the effects of sports education model and direct teaching model on the attitudes of the students, and the differences among the attitudes of students. The study group of the research included 29 students from 6 th and 7 th grade of a secondary school in the 2015-2016 academic years. The experimental group consisted of students attended in the sixth class in which the physical education and sports lesson was conducted using the "sports education model" while the control group was the students in the 7th class in which the physical education and sports lesson was conducted using the "direct teaching model". As a data collection tool; the "Internal Motivation Inventory" developed by Ryan (1982) and adapted to Turkish by Çalışkur (2013) was used. In the analysis of the data; the "Mann Whitney U" test was used for the significance of the differences between post-implementation attitudes of the groups. In addition, the interview questions prepared by the researchers were answered by the students and the data were recorded. As a result; significant differences were found in the students' interest/enjoyment, perceived competence, value/benefit, effort/importance and work perception dimensions, but no significant difference was detected in the perceived choice rights and pressure/tension.
The aim of the study is to determine the relationship between the attendance of theoretical and applied field courses and the success status of the students attending Sports Science Faculty. The data of the study consisted of 68 female and 88 male students in the Faculty of Sports Sciences; two lectures and two practicals, and 624 grade points and 14 weekly course hours. The data were obtained from course attendance schedules of the instructors and transcripts from the academician information system. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistical analysis in the SPSS (Ver.22) package program, the direction and strength of the relationship between dependent and independent variables in relation by the Pearson product moment correlation analysis, course attendance and academic success test by regression analysis was determined. There was a moderate, positive, and meaningful relationship between attendance and academic achievement (r = 0.528, p <.01). There was a moderate, positive and significant relationship between attendance and academic success in both theoretical and applied courses (R = 0.610, p <.01, r = 0.575, p <.01). As another result; there is a significant relationship between the predictor variable attendance and the academic success, which is the predictor variable (r = 0.528, p <.050). According to this result; it can be said that 28% of the variance related to academic achievement is explained with the attendance.
ÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı; devlet-özel ilköğretim ve ortaöğretim okullarında görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin ders dışı etkinliklerinde kapalı spor alanlarının etkin kullanımı üzerine görüşlerini belirlemektir.Çalışma grubu olarak, Ankara ilinde kapalı spor alanı olan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı 16 özel ilk ve ortaöğretim okulu ile devlete ait 13 ilköğretim, 7 ortaöğretim okulu olmak üzere toplam 36 okulda görev yapan, 33 bayan, 33 erkek toplam 66 beden eğitimi öğretmeni alınmıştır.Araştırmada veriler anket yolu ile elde edilmiştir. Anketi oluşturan toplam 44 soru için 4'lü likert ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anketin güvenilirlik çalışması her iki bölüm için .846 olarak bulunmuştur.Anketten elde edilen veriler, frekans ve yüzdelerle açıklanmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Görüşlere ilişkin farkların karşılaştırmasında t-testi ve varyans analizi (one-way anova) kullanılmıştır. Varyans analizi sonucunda farkın hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu bulmak için ise "tukey" testi uygulanmıştır. İstatistiksel anlamlılık için 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyi seçilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, çalışmada beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin; ders dışı etkinliklerinin süresi, amaca uygun yapılması, spor kültürünü kazandırmaya yönelik olması ve etkinliklerin yarışmalara yönelik olarak yapılması ile ilgili görüşleri; cinsiyet, okul türü (resmi-özel) ve hizmet yılları arasındaki farkın anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,05). Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinden, özellikle özel okullarda çalışanların, ders dışı etkinliklerini amaca uygun, süresi yeterli bir uygulama içerisinde ve en önemlisi spor alanlarının öncelikle öğrenci amaçlı ve etkin kullanımı konularında devlet okullarına göre daha katılımcı ve olumlu görüşte oldukları saptanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ders dışı etkinlikler, okul kapalı spor alanları, beden eğitimi öğretmenleri THE OPINIONS OF THE TEACHERS ON EFFECTIVE USING SPORTS HALL ABOUT OUT-DOOR ACTIVITIES IN THE STATE-PRIVATE, PRIMARY AND SCONDARY SCHOOL'S PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN ANKARA ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is the opinions of the teachers on effective of using sports hall about out-door activities ın the stateprivate, primary and secondary school's physıcal education.
