The construction industry is one of the key sectors of the national economy, capable of determining social development vectors, solving social, economic and technical problems. In order to satisfy the growing needs of society, a higher level of development of the national economy and the construction sector in particular is required. This can be done only through the innovative development of the construction industry. The effective and dynamic development of the construction industry is linked with the formation of a modern innovation sector, which ensures its scientific and technical development on a commercial basis. The article deals with the integration of innovations in the construction industry aimed at the strategic development. The concept of innovation in construction is analyzed, the methodology for assessing the economic efficiency of the innovative process of the construction industry is described. The author’s definition of innovations in construction is offered. The features of innovative technologies used in the construction of new and reconstruction of existing buildings are described. Attention is paid to the economic effects of innovative technologies in the construction industry and further strategic planning.
Solving key tasks of economic growth and increasing the level of social responsibility of the construction industry require the use of the scientific and technical potential, implementation of long-term innovative development plans and programs, transformation of external conditions of investment and construction activities, adaptation of the construction management system to the digital economy. In this regard, management of structural elements of the construction industry and digitalization of the construction industry are crucial. The relevance of the research issue is due to the fact that in modern conditions, the innovative potential of construction companies is a key factor contributing to competitiveness in the market and transition to the digital economy. The object of research is construction companies operating within the market economy. The subject is organizational and economic relations taking shape in the process of development of the construction industry under the digital economy. The authors considered the problems of transition of the construction industry to the digital economy, analyzed the construction industry, and proposed their own definition of the digital economy in the construction industry. The factors that impede the development of the construction industry were described taking into account modern aspects of economic development, which makes it possible to identify areas of construction business management under the digital economy. The competences of an employee of the construction company in the context of the digital transformation of the construction industry were identified. The authors drew conclusions proving the need for the transition of the construction industry to the digital economy
The construction sector is a priority area of the economy, which affects the quality of life of the population. The dynamics of construction is one of the key indicators by which one can judge the economic and social development of the country. At the same time, in recent decades the investment and construction industry of Russia experiences a number of problems that hinder its development. First of all, they include a low proportion of qualified personnel; underdevelopment of the competitive environment due to a relatively low share of small and medium-sized enterprises in the structure of the construction industry; poor legal regulation of the construction sector; low investment efficiency; inconsistency of building codes and regulations with modern requirements for construction projects; the lack of a well-developed mechanism for coordinating inter-firm interactions. The article discusses the main factors influencing the innovative development of enterprises in the construction industry. The system of indicators characterizing the structural components of the innovative potential of the enterprise is presented. The authors have developed an organizational economic mechanism for implementing innovations in the construction sector.
В наиболее экономически развитых странах уровень оказания социально-экономических услуг населению в разы превышает существующий уровень в России, уровень инновационной активности выше, а состояние сферы частного бизнеса более стабильное. В статье обсуждается роль государственно-частного партнерства как эффективного механизма финансирования и стимулирования инновационной деятельности страны. Предметом исследования выступает государственно-частное партнерство, способствующее повышению уровня экономической эффективности инвесторов, предприятий и государства. Особое внимание уделяется факторам, оказывающим влияние на развитие системы инвестирования инновационной деятельности. Также авторами представлены перспективные формы государственно-частного партнерства для инфраструктурных проектов, способствующие денежным потокам инвестиций в реализацию инновационных проектов. На основании проведенного исследования авторами предложен алгоритм оценки эффективности проекта на основе государственно-частного партнерства как инструмента стимулирования инновационной составляющей страны. Описаны стадии принятия решения о реализации инфраструктурного проекта в форме государственно-частного партнерства, позволяющие более детально изучить процесс инвестирования, а также определить уровень и возможность минимизации финансовых рисков на каждой из стадий планирования. Новизной представленного инструментария является отражение последовательности взаимоотношений государства и бизнеса для развития инновационной экономики. Таким образом, обоснована актуальность и сформированы основные выводы, доказывающие эффективность использования механизмов государственно-частного партнерства на практике.
