The existing theoretical provisions and methodological recommendations on applying a systematic-functional approach in managing innovative development of construction enterprises are improved in the paper. Based on the performed research results, the classification of innovative development types was developed and the essence of the "innovative development" concept was clarified; the method for evaluating innovative development of construction enterprises was developed; the model for regulating the effectiveness of applying a systematic-functional approach in managing innovative development of construction enterprises was developed; the mechanism for monitoring the economic efficiency of applying a systematic-functional approach in managing innovative development of construction enterprises was improved; the method for predicting the economic efficiency of applying a systematic-functional approach in managing innovative development of construction enterprises was improved. The practical value of the research results is in the development of methodological tools for applying a systematic-functional approach in managing innovative development of construction enterprises.
At the beginning, the article briefly describes the features of the marketing complex household goods. Also provides an overview of some aspects of the market for indoor air purifiers. The specific subject of the study was the process of consumer choice of household appliances for cleaning air in living quarters. The aim of the study was to substantiate and develop a computer model for evaluating by the potential buyers devices for air purification in conditions of vagueness and ambiguity of their consumer preferences. Accordingly, the main consumer criteria are identified, substantiated and described when buyers choose air purifiers. As methods of research, approaches based on fuzzy logic, fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy modeling were chosen. It was hypothesized that the fuzzy-multiple model allows rather accurately reflect consumer preferences and potential consumer choice in conditions of insufficient and undetermined information. Further, a computer model for estimating the consumer qualities of air cleaners by customers is developed. A proposed approach based on the application of fuzzy logic theory and practical modeling in the specialized computer software MATLAB. In this model, the necessary membership functions and their terms are constructed, as well as a set of rules for fuzzy inference to make decisions on the estimation of a specific air purifier. A numerical example of a comparative evaluation of air cleaners presented on the Ukrainian market is made and is given. Numerical simulation results confirmed the applicability of the proposed approach and the correctness of the hypothesis advanced about the possibility of modeling consumer behavior using fuzzy logic. The analysis of the obtained results is carried out and the prospects of application, development, and improvement of the developed model and the proposed approach are determined.
The broad introduction of digital technologies makes changes in the structure of socio-economic relations between labor and capital in the market, affecting its informational efficiency. The purpose of the article is a systems analysis of the structure of the cause and effect relationships between the informational efficiency of exchange prices, which affect the desired rate of return for investors; characteristics of the digital economy, methods used by entrepreneurs to evaluate specific assets. The analysis of the informational efficiency of markets based on the Fama-Samuelson criterion and conducted with the use of likelihood functions showed the down trend in the informativeness of exchange prices. According to the authors, this is due to a significant discrepancy in the price of transactions with real goods and futures operations, which are based on a variety of rational and irrational expectations. At the same time, the disproportionate growth of the derivative capital strengthens the influence of irrational expectations and contributes to the growth of the number of speculative transactions while the uncertainty of the external business environment is growing. Under these conditions, it is proposed to use the real options theory to evaluate specific tangible assets of entrepreneurial projects Furthermore, the authors outlined the main characteristics of the digital economy in terms of entrepreneurship; carried out an analysis of market-based business opportunities resulting from the characteristics of the digital economy. On this basis, two causal chains are specified. For entrepreneurs in traditional spheres of activity, which has the following form: cause: excess labor — effect: a chance for development — market conditions: entrepreneurial activity, public-private partnership. And for entrepreneurs in the field of information and communication technologies, which is as follows: cause: poor structuring of information — effect: a chance for development — implementation conditions: availability of ideas for structuring of information flows.
The problem of choosing the optimal software testing strategy is considered. The classification of testing approaches is given. The factors influencing the choice of type of testing are investigated. It is shown how these factors can be used to make decisions. Algorithms for choosing the type of testing are developed.
