Geopolitical and socio-economic trends, the development and implementation of new technologies, the increase in consumption volumes in the conditions of the growth of the population of the planet in a geometric progression form new challenges and requirements for the creation of modern settlement systems of a new formation: a digital, human-centric and balanced functional-spatial model of territorial development, which would combine the provision of the growing human needs and its harmonious coexistence with the surrounding environment. In the conditions of the beginning of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the population displacement processes have changed radically. The main indicator for the move was safety. Processes of population movement from the territories of large cities to rural areas away from the areas of active hostilities, shelling and missile strikes are being observed. The migration crisis significantly affects the socio-economic processes in the country. The main condition of post-war reconstruction is the return of the able-bodied population, which will ensure the restoration of pre-war GDP indicators. Therefore, it is expedient to model the results of the post-war resettlement system. For example, the Kharkiv regional resettlement system was chosen as the research object. The pre-war trends in the development of settlement systems were analyzed. In particular, the hypothesis of the interdependence of population density indicators with the indicator of distance from the basic center of gravity is put forward. It is statistically proven that population decline is more intense in rural areas. The results of a sociological survey of forcibly displaced persons and the forecasting of their displacement in the conditions of post-war reconstruction are given. A projection of optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic scenarios has been developed.

The purpose of the paper: to develop the structure of informational and analytical support of urban planning models, and also structural and logical models of natural conditions and processes, activities and structures in the field of land use planning and management. Area of application: information support of all types of urban planning activities. It is advisable to use the results of the work for Improvement of informational support of legislative bodies, municipal administrations and other institution responsible for urban development.
Urban improvement is one of the urgent problems of modern urban planning. It solves the task of creating a favorable living environment with the provision of comfortable conditions for all types of activities of the population. Urban improvement includes a number of measures to improve the sanitary and hygienic conditions of residential buildings, transport and engineering services for the population, artificial lighting of urban areas and equipping them with the necessary equipment, improving the urban environment with the help of landscaping. The tasks of urban improvement are reduced to the creation of healthy, expedient and favorable living conditions for the urban population. In solving these tasks, external landscaping, functional-spatial structure and subject equipment of open areas, landscape design are gaining more and more importance. The problems of creating ecologically clean cities, problems of protecting monuments of historical and cultural heritage are becoming more and more acute. The landscaping and landscaping system includes a complex of programs and plans, the components of which are closely related. In this aspect, comprehensive landscaping means the development and implementation of a set of measures aimed at creating and developing an aesthetic and socio-ecological organized urban environment. The most important components of this environment are the arrangement of courtyard facades of buildings; architectural and planning organization of the territory; reconstruction; lighting of territories, buildings, structures, green spaces; placement of small architectural forms and objects of urban design; placement of advertising, elements of visual communication and information. Inner-city green areas have a significant cultural and everyday significance, connected with the system of everyday services of the population, in addition, they play a significant role in the hygienic sense, as they affect the microclimate of the city or district, and are also an organic part of the architectural solution of the city as one of the means of creating an ensemble - as a complement to the building Today, special attention is paid to the improvement of the territory. The modern stage of the development of urban improvement and greening poses a number of new tasks that cannot be solved without extensive use of the achievements of scientific and technical progress, advanced practical experience. In order to determine the main ways of solving problems in the field of beautification and greening, an analysis of the current state of regulatory and legal support for the process of beautification and greening of the urban territory was carried out; analysis of modern domestic and foreign practices of urban improvement and greening; proposed proposals for improving the system of landscaping and greening of the city. The novelty of this work consists in determining the main ways of solving problems in the field of landscaping and landscaping and developing specific recommendations and proposals for optimizing the process of landscaping and landscaping of urban areas. The work is based on a systemic approach, within which the following methods were used: historical, which examined the history of the centuries-old experience of green construction, systemic, comparative. The empirical basis of the research is a traditional analysis of literature and practical sources. The work has a theoretical and methodological nature. Based on the study of literary sources, modern domestic and foreign practices of urban improvement and greening; the level of regulatory and legal support for the process of beautification and landscaping in cities, proposed proposals regarding the composition of measures for beautification and landscaping of urban areas, and the main ways of solving problems in the field of beautification and landscaping. In the opinion of the author, the main results of the work should include theoretical provisions and conclusions, methodological recommendations that may be useful for organizations engaged in greening and beautification of the urban area. The results of the research can be used by students in the educational process of higher professional educational institutions regarding this topic.
The relevance of the tasks of integrating solar energy into the energy system of high-rise buildings is associated with their high level of energy consumption compared to lower-rise buildings. In the course of the analysis of scientific research carried out in the article, factors were noted that complicate the use of solar energy, primarily its variability in space and time. Therefore, the aim of the study was to optimize the formation of design solutions for high-rise buildings to improve the efficiency of solar energy systems integrated into them. In the article, the initial provisions for the design of heliosystems in high-rise buildings are investigated, the factors influencing the design process are established, and the design levels of modeling are highlighted. It is shown that the realization of the advantages of solar energy when integrated into high-rise buildings should be based on integrated design, taking into account the natural-climatic, urban planning, space-planning, structural and technological levels of design analysis. The available technologies for the use of solar energy are analyzed. The conditions under which the implementation of the principle of "permissible interference" will be carried out, when one or another task of integrating solar systems into a high-rise building can be correctly implemented as a fragment of the corresponding design stage. It has been determined that the effectiveness of design solutions for the integration of solar renewable energy into high-rise buildings is provided taking into account numerous connections and influences, which requires an appropriate system analysis for their optimization.
The article considers the importance of the impact of cultural heritage as a big resource and part of the urban ecosystem is considered; taking into account historical and architectural aspects in the formation of the living environment, creating favorable opportunities for improving the quality of historic cities and urban areas based on their historical features. Areas of historic buildings as a particularly valuable and fragile part of the city deserve careful treatment and careful attention. When they implement a set of measures to improve the quality of the living environment, they need to improve the functional and planning organization of the territory and buildings, creating more comfortable microclimatic, sanitary and aesthetic conditions. Balancing public open spaces and dense buildings, taking into account the needs of residents in service facilities, regulating traffic to minimize congestion and harmful effects, encouraging pedestrian traffic, developing clean public transport, increasing energy efficiency and reducing pollution will contribute to environmental pollution city while preserving the living continuity of its history. Finding a balance between the housing function, which is gradually being supplanted in the historical quarters by the growing public, while preserving the qualities of historically valuable planning structure, buildings and structures, landscape to ensure a full environment is an important task of modern urban planning. The concept of urban development of a historic city is characterized by respect for historical values, structures and layers of different eras, spatial organization and traditional morphology; should include an analysis of archaeological, historical, architectural, technical, sociological, economic values, covering tangible and intangible elements. Preserving the identity of a place without obstacles to its evolution in order to develop the living environment is based on current standards and restrictions, legal, social, financial and economic factors.
