World economic crises, internal economic and political instability have led to declining the level of investment attractiveness and investment security of Ukraine. The aim of the article is to propose an integral index in order to assess investment environment security and determine factors affecting the investment environment security of Ukraine. The suggested assessment is based on the data of World Bank’s indexes with the following blocks of factors: the availability of economic freedom, favorable organizational conditions for doing business, political and legal freedom, supply of resources and infrastructure development. The assessment of Ukrainian investment environment security and its Western neighbors – the European Union member states – has shown that it has lowest rank and highest volatility in Ukraine. The article identifies a direct statistical relation between the volume of foreign direct investment flows in Ukraine and the indicator of political stability and the absence of violence in the country. The main reasons of investment attractiveness reduction in Ukraine were as follows: conservative attitude of investors towards risks due to political instability, manifestations of violence and terrorism; deterioration of the overall financial situation of enterprises, which are the recipients of investments. The article substantiates that conditions for the investment attraction and secure environment in Ukraine have not been formed yet. The system of indicators and criteria for assessing the level of investment environment security should be expanded.
The methodological approach to the integral assessment of business environment security is developed in the article; the blocks of factors of business environment security are identified and the indices which affect the formation of economic security of entrepreneurship are analyzed. The integral indicator for assessing business environment security is based on 6 indicators, which are the most significant elements of the business environment formation: the availability of basic economic freedoms, the favorable organizational conditions for doing business, the state of political and legal system, the level (quality) of life, resource provision and infrastructure development, innovation development. A comparative analysis of the integral indicator of business environment security of Ukraine with the Baltic countries, Black Sea region countries and the Visegrad Group countries is carried out. The article identifies interdependence between the business environment security and the share of unprofitable enterprises. The functional relationship of the business environment security with the number of bankrupt enterprises and the level of enterprises losses is substantiated as well. The model shows that the increase of environmental security leads to the decrease of a number of bankruptcies exponentially. The negative and positive factors which influence the formation of economic security of entrepreneurship are revealed.
Current trends in the world economy determined the innovative vector of its development on fundamentally new bases: information and intellectual technologies, knowledge, and creativity. In modern conditions, enterprises and countries can increase their level of competitiveness through implementation policies supporting the creative activity of employees. The purposes of the article are to investigate the essence of creativity, the theoretical foundation of employee’s creative activity, its relation to art and methodological bases of employee’s creative activity evaluation taking into consideration the level of world economic development. Methodology. The theoretical and methodological frameworks of the study are research results of scientists in the field of employees’ creative activity investigation and own research proposals. In order to achieve the goal of the article, the following methods are used: generalization – in the critical analysis of scientific approaches to establishing the definition of employee’s creative activity; comparison – in the process of comparing creative activity and art; index method – to propose the methodology of employee’s creative activity assessment; systematization – to identify elements of the relative index of creative potential; cause and effect method – for obtaining final conclusions. Results. The creative activity of employees is an external manifestation of intellectual and cognitive abilities of a person, aimed at the changes in tangible, intangible or managerial objects, which are expressed in the generation of new ideas and their implementation in a practical result. It also manifests in the creation and application of innovations for the purpose of obtaining an economic or social effect. It is closely related to high intelligence, art, self-evaluation and motivation of the employee. The study also determines two main indexes of evaluation of the creative activity of employee – index of creative activity and relative index of creative activity. The relative index of creative activity includes such elements as choice rationality of the sphere of creative energy manifestation, biosocial indicator of creative energy, index of employee’s health, index of socio-psychological state of an employee, professional experience of employee, level of employee’s intelligence, and index of compliance the workplace with the standards. Practical implication. The proposed methodology of employee’s creative activity assessment can be applied at enterprises in order to evaluate its current level and to improve the efficiency of the remuneration system. It is also clarified that increasing the creative activity of employees will raise the efficiency of the system of enterprise’s creative management as a whole. Value/originality. The investigation underlines the peculiarities of employee’s creative activity from the psychological and economic points of view and describes the methodology of employee’s creative activity assessment, as well as evaluation efficiency of the system of an enterprise’s creative management. Further researches should be aimed at the improvement of motivation mechanism for employee’s creative activity encouraging as a tool for increasing competitiveness of enterprises.
The article deals with formulation the measures for digitalization of the financial system of industrial enterprises taking into account the management points of its implementation. The article provides an understanding of digitalization. It is analyzed current scientific researchers in this field. It is established that modernization of the financial sphere of an industrial enterprise in the aspect of adaptation to the information economy and digitalization process. It is proved that the executive’s digitalization project creation requires the definition and reevaluating of structures, patterns, techniques, benefits and computerized processes, development strategy and comparing corporate culture with correspondence of instruments between all administration units for speedy reaction on changes. It is analyzed the value creation stages based on core product. Identified elements indicate the directions that need to be implemented at the enterprise for its stable functioning.
Вступ. В Україні наразі малий та середній бізнес (МСБ) є основою економіки: він щороку додає приблизно 60 % доданої вартості. 2020 р. став черговим випробуванням для бізнесу через пандемію COVID-19, яка змусила підприємства залучатикредитні кошти. Проблема. Пандемія виявила нові виклики як для суб’єктів МСБ, так і для кредиторів щодо цифрової трансформації власних бізнес-процесів. Метою статті є визначення основних тенденцій кредитування малого та середнього бізнесу України в період пандемії та встановлення напрямів цифрової трансформації процесів кредитування МСБ. Методи. В дослідженні застосовано загальнонаукові методи пізнання: аналізу і синтезу, індукції, дедукції, поріняння, системного підходу для виявлення особливостей цифрової трансформації кредитування, а також аналітико-статистичні методи для обґрунтування кредитування МСБ в період пандемії. Результати дослідження. Дослідження виявило зростання частки кредитування суб’єктів МСБ за винятком мікропідприємництва в умовах пандемії. Встановлено, що така тенденція обумовлена зниженням процентних ставок за кредитами (крім суб’єктів мікропідприємництва, які характеризуються як найбільш ризикові). В умовах пандемії кредитування зазнало значних цифрових трансформацій (онлайн-заявки, спрощена процедура прийняття рішень, мобільні додатки, цифрові альянси). Висновки. Загалом динаміка кредитування МСБ України в умовах пандемії свідчить про їх готовність до використання позикових коштів під час кризи. Пандемія стала рушійною силою цифрової трансформації кредитування МСБ з інноваційними підходами до надання послуг, обслуговування клієнтів, консалтингу, програмного забезпечення, цільових кредитних продуктів і відносин у цифрових альянсах.
