The purpose of the study is to improve the methodological approach to taking into account critical factors for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to: identify factors influencing the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness; perform classification and analysis of factors in order to identify those that are critical for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness; specify the stages of the methodological approach to taking into account critical factors for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness. It is argued that entropy in the agribusiness environment can be caused by the fact that when forming decisions related to the development of entrepreneurial initiatives, the relationship between critical factors and their nature is not taken into account. It is proved that critical for the development of entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness are factors that are related to each other both on the basis of similarity of structure and on the basis of similarity of values that characterize these factors. It is argued that entrepreneurial initiatives in agribusiness should be based on in-depth factor analysis, the results of which exclude fluctuations in the implementation of these initiatives and prevent entropy.
The research is devoted to theoretical and applied organizational grounds for evaluating the effectiveness of public administration in the region in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and improve methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals. The article tests the authors' hypothesis on the adequacy of substantiation of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the region, which leads to the significant implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. The dependence of the calculations on the selected system of indexes and indicators that determine the current profile of the region is confirmed, it illustrates the state of the economy, human development and environmental safety relative to the reference (average, target, maximum possible under these conditions) state and vector, and also characterizes the direction and speed of the region towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. It is determined that the largest vector length is in Kherson region, which indicates that in the region on a number of economic indicators achieved higher results during the study period than in other regions of the Black Sea region and on average in other regions of Ukraine.
The article aims to analyze the potential of organic production in Ukraine in war conditions and determine its consequences for world food security. Methodological approaches based on cluster and rating analysis of regions based on their potential in the field of organic production are proposed and provide an appropriate evaluation algorithm, mathematical tools, and strategic alternatives for all variants of data obtained in the calculation process. With the help of the given methodological approaches, the development of strategies for organic production for the primary clustering of regions, namely in Kyiv, Odesa, and Cherkasy oblasts, is proved. The system of forming a regional model of organically oriented multidisciplinary agriculture is appropriate for these regions. This will create the preconditions for organic food production, organic livestock, and related sectors of environmentally oriented economic activities. The development of an innovative component for implementing SMART-specialization projects is possible. It is substantiated that the most affected regions (Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia) from hostilities and occupation are potential for organic production and have significant areas for agricultural production. It is projected that the other war in Ukraine will reduce the production of farm products, including organic, which will lead to food security in most countries.
past decade, there have been signs of improvement of the Black Sea. However, its unique water areas and coastline are still under serious threat. The Black Sea is unprotected from significant anthropogenic pressures, and has a low adaptive potential. If as the region's economy grows, these pressures will intensify, the problem will become more serious. The implementation of the Directive 2008/56/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of environmental policy on the marine environment (Marine Strategy Framework Directive) are important for Ukraine. The use of the marine environment, taking into account the ecosystem approach and the principle of integrated management improves the environment, biodiversity, development of industries marine complex, especially commercial fish and shellfish, recreation and tourism. Directive 2008/56/EC aims to achieve good environmental status of marine waters and to protect the marine resources that affect the economic and social activities. The main stages of the implementation of Directive 2008/56/EC include: 1) adoption of national legislation and designation the authority or authorities competent for the implementation of this Directive; 2) initial assessment of the current environmental status of marine waters; determine good environmental status for marine waters and establishment environmental targets and associated indicators; establishment of monitoring program for the development of ongoing assessment and regular updating purposes; 3) development programme of measures to achieve good environmental status. Implementation of the MSFD requires more coordinated research, so that studies to evaluate benefits can be carried out across countries using comparable, state-of-the-art valuation methods. This could also include the combination of different valuation methods, e.g. of stated and revealed preference methods, to gain more reliable benefit estimates. Moreover, integrated modelling will be of utmost importance to link bio-geophysical and socioeconomic systems and to trace the effects of changes in the marine environment to their impact on benefits. Focus is on methodological questions related to a common understanding of the funding, technical and scientific implications of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive. In particular, one of the objectives of the strategy is the development of non-legally binding and practical documents, such as co-financing of MSFD measures.
Introduction. In current conditions, the most urgent research question for every national economic system is strengthening environmental sustainability. Accordingly, as experience shows, in the conditions of Russia's war against Ukraine, the situation with the formation of ecological sustainability of those territories where fierce fighting takes place was most acutely affected. The world community is concerned about the case at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant and international organizations' constant shelling and lack of control. Despite the impact of the war on the ecological stability of national economic systems, several problems that also significantly affect it remain unresolved. That is why studying the environmental sustainability of the national financial system under current conditions is quite relevant. The purpose of the article is to research the environmental sustainability of the national economic system under current conditions. The results. The conducted studies showed that among the main areas of increasing environmental sustainability are: the implementation of norms of international humanitarian law on the territory of Ukraine in terms of ecological safety, the creation of regional low-waste systems, use of substances and energy that have already been used; use of innovative equipment and technologies that will reduce the amount of pollution; organization of ecological and organic production; use of energy efficiency and energy saving tools. Conclusions. It is substantiated that to strengthen the ecological sustainability of national economic systems, strategic priorities have been determined that must be implemented in relevant strategies at all levels of public administration, in particular in the field of rational use of water resources; improvement of atmospheric air condition; increasing energy efficiency is important to continue the gradual thermal modernization of the housing stock and objects of administrative and social infrastructure; intensification of cooperation between condominiums and management bodies of OTC in the direction of creating funds and transparent use of funds for the implementation of thermal modernization projects; reconstruction and construction of new boiler houses and other heat and power systems in the direction of transition to the use of alternative energy sources; waste management. The importance of the development of effective institutional, administrative, financial, and organizational mechanisms aimed at the formation of synergistic models of strengthening the ecological sustainability of national economic systems in accordance with the conditions of operation was emphasized. Keywords: environmental sustainability, environment, environmental management, national economic system, war.
