Introduction. The article presents a study of the current food security management system at the macro and micro levels in a dynamic business environment. Monographic, economic-statistical and abstract-logical scientific methods of economic research are used. The purpose of this article is a comprehensive study of the food security management system at the macro and micro levels in a dynamic business environment. Results. The main actual tasks of the economic security system of the enterprise are determined. The basic principles that increase the efficiency of the food security system (system, timeliness, continuity, planning) are presented. The modern technique of the food security system is determined. Among the main trends in the development of the food security system are fluctuations in the share of agriculture in GDP, a decrease in the share of those employed in agriculture from the total number of people employed in the country's economy and an increase in the index of agricultural production. These main factors may indicate a significant increase in labor productivity in agriculture and the instability of the grain market in the world. The scientific novelty in this article is the systematization of a set of modern administrative, insurance, legal, economic, security, regime, judicial and other measures to protect against unlawful encroachment, minimize or avoid possible losses. Conclusions. The offered basic personnel have practical value in the presented scientific research; information-analytical; economic; legal; technical and technological; resource activities carried out in the process of food security management at the macro and micro levels in a dynamic business environment. Prospects for further research in this area should be directed to the integrated system of food safety diagnostics as a set of interrelated organizational and legal measures carried out by special bodies, services, units aimed at protecting the important interests of individuals, organizations, regions and the state from illegal actions by real and / or potential individuals and / or legal entities that may lead to losses from food security breaches at the macro and micro levels in a dynamic business environment. Introduction. The article considers the management aspect of the basic resource conservation in the enterprise. Based on the study, it was proposed to determine the essence of resource conservation in the enterprise and focused on improving the organization and management, social activities, rationalization of resource potential. The purpose of the article is to study management aspect of the basic resource conservation in the enterprise. Results. The etymological characteristics of resource management of the enterprise allowed to carry out the essential analysis of the specified concept and to define its features from a position of effective, potential, resource, factor, innovative, market-oriented, ecological, information, productive, process, functional, system, situational, complex approaches to resource conservation management from the standpoint of sustainable development. The analysis of classical and modern interpretations of the essence of enterprise development allowed to identify five main approaches to the etymological change of interpretation of this category from the standpoint of quantitative, qualitative, systemic, process and complex approaches. Based on the etymological analysis of the concepts of "resource management" and "enterprise development" management of resource development is defined as a management process provided by the actions of competent personalities, quantitative and qualitative organizational, economic, technological, social, environmental and structural changes affecting optimization and rationalization of the formation and use of resource potential, which is based on natural, tangible, intangible, financial, human, information, time, structural and organizational resources, and lead to the transition of the enterprise to a new qualitative level of its existence. Conclusions. On the basis of integration of modern approaches the definition of resource saving as effective organizational and administrative activity directed on rational use of resource potential, application of resource-saving technologies, stimulation of nature protection measures for the purpose of achievement of the socio-ecological and economic purposes of the enterprise is given. The proposed interpretation emphasizes the key role of the human factor in the implementation of resource conservation and focus on achieving a set of goals for sustainable development of the enterprise. Purpose: The digitalization of social processes as one of the main trends in the development of today's society dictates the need for the market to adapt to new business conditions. The quality of corporate governance must constantly improve. This is achieved not only using digital technologies by the company's management to process information but also due to the growing pressure from consumers from the digital generation to be competitive. These consumers want to buy products and services that are tailored to them and receive a high level of personalized service. Theoretical framework: Given the requirements of economic, political, and financial stability, imperfections in the market for goods and services, the investment system, and a significant number of company bankruptcies cases, there has been a growing interest in researching the problems of crisis phenomena in the work of enterprises. Equally important has become the use of digital management tools to analyze the factors of their occurrence, and to find effective mechanisms for preventing and eliminating the consequences of the crisis. Design/methodology/approach: The article aims to identify the main trends in the modern process of crisis management of companies using digital management tools. Moreover, it is also crucial to determine the specific features of the practical aspects of such management in the current environment. Findings: In the course of the study, bibliographic and analytical methods were used to study the scientific literature on crisis management. The deduction, induction, synthesis, information analysis, system-structural, comparative, logical, and linguistic methods, abstraction, and idealization were employed to study and process data. Moreover, the authors conducted an online questionnaire survey to clarify the most important issues related to management through digital management. Research, Practical & Social implications: Based on the results of the study, the most important theoretical aspects of the issue of crisis management with the help of digital management tools are identified. Originality/value: The value of the research lies in the fact that it explores the views of academics and business leaders on key aspects of this issue.
