The article substantiates the importance of the development of agrarian science and education in the conditions of innovative development and digitalization of the economy sectors in agro-industrial complex. The problems of the digital economy in the agro-industrial complex are identified. Priorities in the development of modern agricultural science and education, the competitiveness of modern scholars and university professors are justified. Priority areas in scientific research of engineering and technology in agriculture, organization and agribusiness management based on digitalization are defined. At the same time, special attention is paid to the organic agriculture development and the functioning of the food market for agricultural organic products. It is proved that the digital economy contributes to the formation of an innovative information space. Production relations are changing; progressive changes are taking place in the structure of the economy and in all levels of education (general, secondary and higher). The emerging information society is changing the model of the school teacher, the university lecturer and the student model. The article identifies the priorities of e-learning and its most significant components. Relevance and effectiveness of the e-learning implementation in higher and postgraduate education is shown.
The article considers the organization of agricultural markets of organic products and the optimization of the placement of raw material zones of organic agriculture based on the use of mapping-zoning technology, which is a technique for segmenting an object of research by criteria. Criteria of segmentation of production and processing of agricultural products, with allocation of local markets of agricultural products are offered. The article assesses the strategic directions of development of individual segments of agricultural commodity production based on organic farming methods with a focus not only on the internal needs of the population and the formation of segments of organic products in the food market, but also exports, especially to Asian countries. Ecological agriculture and processing of agricultural products are considered in conjunction with other sectors of the economy, soil fertility, quality and certification of organic products, as a strategic direction for the development of agricultural production.
This article discusses current issues related to the digital economy development in modern market conditions. Digitalization processes are being actively implemented and invested in practically all sectors of the market, but the agricultural sector is not yet covered in the necessary volume. There are several numbers of activities related to the digitalization of the agricultural process that are aimed at analyzing the investment area within the development of agriculture. Food provision is considered as the most valuable point for the Russian Federation. According to this study results, the current trends of "smart territories" and active digitalization of processes determine the development of agriculture in the framework of ensuring the transparency and comfort of the market in terms of minimizing costs, taking into account opinions of consumers and manufacturers. However, the development of these processes cannot reveal the main problem in the implementation of the Doctrine of Food Security of the Russian Federation at this stage, which is the price disparity between agricultural and industrial products. This inequality is especially noticeable within the production and sale of milk and dairy products. To a large extent, the urgency of this problem continues to exist because milk and dairy products are the only points of the Doctrine on which food security is not yet ensured. The results of this study indicate that the state needs to meet the needs of agricultural enterprises not only in the form of subsidies, but also in the form of investments in digitalization of processes and production facilities.
