Terintegrasinya nilai-nilai, norma dan budaya bangsa merupakan bagian dari aspek penting sistem pendidikan nasional. Terciptanya generasi yang memiliki karakter yang kuat sebagai bagian dari karakteristik bangsa yang bermoral. Penerapan kurikulum yang memasukkan mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama dan Karakter sejatinya masih minim dalam sistem pendidikan Nasional, namun setidaknya steakholder pendidikan bisa berinovasi dengan kurikulum yang ada, entah dengan mengintegrasikannya dengan kurikulum aatu dengan cara lain yang elegan yang dapat diterapkan di lembaga pendidikan. Penerapan Konsep yang terintegrasi dengan pendidikan diantaranya dengan pendekatan holistik. Tulisan ini walaupun sederhana mencoba Menjelaskan konsep pendidikan agama Islam dengan pendekatan holistik berorientasi karakter, menjelaskan wacana baru akan praktek pendidikan karakter yang holistik pada anak usia dini., dan Sebagai bagian dari wacana upaya internalisasi nilai moral sejak dini. Sedangkan manfaat yang diharapkan adalah manjadi bagian dari konsep dan implementasi nyata yang baik dalam upaya internalisasi nilai atau karakter sejak dini.
Digital-based libraries have become necessary; consequently, all library service officers should master information and communication technology. However, not all, primarily higher education, can organize information technology-based libraries properly. It then causes the quality of education to be still far behind. The library's position in higher education is the primary key to developing civilization. For this reason, this study aims to determine IT-based library management in Islamic higher education. The method used was qualitative with a case study approach since this research examined digital-based library management implemented in higher education. Meanwhile, the research instruments employed comprised interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification, and then the data validation stage utilized technical triangulation. This research was conducted at STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, which implemented a digital library in higher education. The study results revealed that digital-based library management was carried out through 1) digital library operational planning by preparing good human resources and infrastructure.2) The organization in the library was quite well structured according to the main tasks and functions of each. 3) The actuating in the library management started with human resources, book collections, and facilities and infrastructure. In addition, 4) controlling the time and cost of IT-based library management was exceptionally well organized. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that digital libraries in higher education could be implemented with modern integrated management. The findings imply that the STKIP Muhammadiyah
Islamic law or Sharia law has universal values. The implementation of Islamic law is substantially open to the opportunity to apply universal values of Islam, however, the implementation of Islamic laws in the national legal system is still limited in a number of laws. This study reveals the construction and reality of Islamic legal products in the frame of national law in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative paradigm, a religious law approach, and an interdisciplinary study. The results show that indirectly, universal teachings of Islam such as the protection of human rights have been listed in the Indonesian constitution, although they do not use religious language. Derivation of these human rights can be carried out at the level of legislation such as the Marriage Law and Religious Courts. While the desire to make Indonesia as an Islamic state does not receive recognition in the constitution, bearing in mind that the Indonesian state is not an Islamic state, but a law state based on Pancasila which always accommodates the diversity of cultural, racial and religious values systems for Indonesian people and society.
