Today's very rapid technological advances must always be followed by every business actor, including pineapple lunkhead business actors in Jalancagak District, Subang Regency. The growing use of the internet and easier accessibility with a wider reach open up opportunities for pineapple dodol business actors to do digital marketing. The first step that can be taken in digital marketing efforts is branding. The problem faced by pineapple dodol business actors in digital marketing is that there are still many giving the same brand name and the same and less varied form of packaging. The purpose of community service for pineapple dodol business actors is to provide an understanding and understanding of the importance of branding and digital marketing in an effort to increase sales. The implementation methods are in the form of counseling, discussion, comparative studies, and mentoring. The result of community service is the benefits felt by dodol business actors about the importance of branding and digital marketing.
The goal of this research is to describe the influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue at West Bandung Regency. Research method is Quantative research and collect data by quessioner, interview , observation and documentation.The variables were leaderships and strategic planning. as the independent variables, the dependent variable was local revenue. Data have been analyzed through(Multiple Regresion).The result of this research showed that leaderships and strategic planning. influence the local revenue The influence of leaderships and strategic planning toward local revenue is positive it means that the more higher leaderships and the strategic planning the more higher local revenue and it has mean in real rank p < 0.01.By this research, the hypothesis, which has been proposed, leaderships and strategic planning will influence local revenue. The result has showed that the mean of local revenue is 0. 4570 or the grade variation of local revenue is 45,70 percent depending on leaderships and strategic planning
Dimasa pandemi Covid-19 sumber daya manusia memerlukan pelatihan yang mana untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja sumber daya manusia, yang mana kinerja merupakan tingkat kualitas yang diraih oleh sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan tugas yang diembannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian literatur review yaitu dengan cara merujuk pada buku dan artikel ilmiah sebagai data sekunder. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi sumber daya manusia merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk dimiliki, selain itu sumber daya manusia juga diartikan sebagai seseorang yang mampu andil dalam mencapai tujuan dari suatu organisasi atau perusahaan proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia daam suatu organisasi merupakan proses memilih atau menentukan kebutuhan karyawan dari segi kualitas dan kuantitas untuk ditempatkan sesuai dengan posisi yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
The research was conducted to analyze the influence of Organizational Communication to employee performance, develop theories and concepts of Organizational Communication and performance along with its aspects and apply the theory of Organizational Communication in solving the problems of employee performance of Administrative Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development of Regional Secretariat in Bandung. This research applies explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The variables are consisted of Organizational Communication (X) and Employee Performance (Y). Communication organization consists of the main forms of communication-down (X1), upward communication (X2) and horizontal communication (X3). They are very strong in the performance of employees that derives from dimensions in quantity of work, quality of work, job knowledge, creativeness, cooperation dependability, initiative and personal quantity. The sample is taken by using census techniques. The respondents are the employees of the Administrative Assistant for Economic and Regional Development Secretariat of Bandung as many as 112 employees. The technique of data analysis uses path Analyisis. The data are analyzed quantitatively by using statistical correlation and path analysis with SPSS 21 to see the value of the standard Beta regression test results. The result showed that communication of organizational influences the performance of employees in the Administrative Assistant for Economic and Regional Development Secretariat in Bandung is determined by the primary form of communication downward, upward communication and horizontal communication which are acceptable. Organizational Communication simultaneous influence on employee performance with a total effect of 58.6%, while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables was not examined. Partially downward communication, upward communication and horizontal communication affected the performance of employees with a total effect of respectively 49.2%, 7.6% and 1.72%.

Suatu informasi merupakan modal dalam memajukan ilmu di zaman sekarang dan suatu senjata demi membangun suatu Negara di era globalisasi di bidang manajemen pemasaran. Pada masa sekarang masih kurangnya masyarakat akan sadar atau pengusaha dalam manajemen pemasaran, media digital suatu sarana dalam memajukan kegiatannya khususnya dalam bidang pemasaran.
