In Romania, there are major deficiencies in the understanding and especially in the ecological application of tourism, the problem of its unconsciousness and the lack of awareness of the population on this coordinate, which is why people do not realize its intrinsic value for the economy at present, but especially for the future. Each of us should “taste” nature, because living directly in nature, even for a few days, helps to see life in more optimistic colors, breathe better, think more freely, smile more, more credence and courage every second. This article highlighted the importance of sustainable tourism and ecotourism in the Danube Delta, which is an impressive tourist destination, a true paradise for tourists wishing to discover wildlife, a real challenge for nature lovers and maritime beauty region tourism, but also a real scientific interest. The effects of the globalization process have been also noticed at tourism industry level, fact which had generated a series of changes both in production area and even more in the tourism services consume area. Emphasis will be placed on the interdependence links between the development of ecotourism and globalization in the world, which will also contribute to its socio-economic consequences. The strategic options will take into account the impact of the globalization process applied to the case study of the Danube Delta.
The intense industrial exploitation of resources and the continuous degradation of the environment have determined an ecological crisis of care requires a sustainable strategy. The concept of sustainable development permanently determines or re-evaluates the connection between man and nature and is committed to solidarity between the generations as a single viable option for long lung growth. In the article, the theme of the long-term impact in the world terms on the processes developed in Romania is presented and analyzed, a necessary passage for a sustainable economic growth, but there is an existing resource and the possibility to stimulate and capitalize on an economic factor in this the transition to this new stage of use. Research background: Research background is written after the literature review. For example, Pham Q et al. (2020), emphasizes the effects of corporate governance, which is in a continuous development in the context of globalization. On the other hand, there is an obvious link between the banking activity, which is intended to be as efficient and governing as possible, which is also highlighted in the work of Arora A (2018). The impact of corporate governance on banking performance is also presented. Carrying out banking activity in compliance with the principles of corporate governance, leads to shaping an efficient and conducive environment for both employees and the company itself. At the same time, the application of the concept aims at the overall management of the entities, which allows the common functioning of the internal components and the performance of internal control. Purpose of the article: This paper aims to present the most important theoretical and practical aspects of the importance of corporate governance in banking performance. Corporate governance is currently receiving special attention, an argument being the numerous studies conducted and the growing interest that companies have in this concept Methods: This paper starts from the hypothesis of the influence of globalization on corporate governance and banking performance. The article was based on the study of the literature and the identification of recent data on certain banking indicators. At the same time, values of banking dynamics at the level of the period 2016-2019 were analyzed and calculated. Last but not least, the method of comparison regarding the financial performances at the banking level and the profitability rate was used. Findings & Value added: Following these researches, it was found the link between globalization and the magnitude that corporate governance currently has, in close connection with banking performance, determines the corporate variety of activity worldwide or regionally. The main results were disseminated through the article and it adds value through the analysis created at global and regional level (at European level) and the interpretation of statistical data related to banking.

This paper addresses in a complex, multidimensional way, the issue of measuring the activity of rural tourism. It aims to address the "key" coordinates of the scope of rural tourism, the indicators used in the evaluation of methodologies and methods applied to information on the components of the activity of this type of tourism.The statistical analysis of the rural tourism activity in the Bran-Moeciu area was carried out on the two components of the rural tourism market: "rural tourist supply and demand". The presentation of the offer consisted in a highlighting of the natural and anthropic tourist potential of the area, as well as of the technical-material base that it has, in the conditions of existence and manifestation of some particularities that stand out as they are presented and analyzed in close correlation. with statistical results.The phenomenon of tourism industrialization both globally and nationally, was based on the "productivist vision" of tourism activities, which led to the concentration of supply in the center of tourist areas, investments corresponding to the requirements of the ongoing development process, standardization The process of globalization and sustainable development of tourism aims at practicing tourism activities under the incidence of ecological and rational use of resources, currently rural tourism being the one that best meets the respective requirements. This article brings added value by the punctual approach of a tourist segment which is more and more important in terms of sustainable environmental development. That being said, it can be stated that certain elements developed in this article may represent the starting point of some practical approaches.
