Based on a sample of (1310.6±10.5)×10 6 J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, a partial wave analysis of the decay J/ψ → γφφ is performed in order to study the intermediate states.
+56−33 MeV/c 2 , are observed. In addition to these three pseudoscalar states, the scalar state f0(2100), and three tensor states, the f2(2010), f2(2300) and f2(2340), are observed in the process J/ψ → γφφ. The product branching fractions B(J/ψ → γX) × B(X → φφ) are reported.
We perform an amplitude analysis of the decays B(0)-->phiK*(2)(1430)(0), phiK*(892)(0), and phi(Kpi)(0)(S-wave) with a sample of about 384x10(6) BB[over ] pairs recorded with the BABAR detector. The fractions of longitudinal polarization f(L) of the vector-tensor and vector-vector decay modes are measured to be 0.853(-0.069+0.061)+/-0.036 and 0.506+/-0.040+/-0.015, respectively. Overall, twelve parameters are measured for the vector-vector decay and seven parameters for the vector-tensor decay, including the branching fractions and parameters sensitive to CP violation.
The decays of the c͑2S͒ into vector plus tensor meson final states have been studied for the first time using the BES detector. We determine upper limits on branching fractions for c͑2S͒ decays into vf 2 , ra 2 , K 0ء K 0ء 2 1 c.c., and ff 0 2 ͑1525͒ that are, in each case, significantly smaller than the corresponding branching fractions for the J͞c meson, scaled according to the expectations of perturbative QCD.[S0031-9007(98)07836-3]
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
