The background of this study is based on the controversial relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Empirical and theoretical models resolve the controversy by building a new concept based on proactive knowledge sharing. The study established the influence of transformational leadership, cohesion and learning goal orientation on proactive knowledge sharing and employee performance. A total of 7 hypotheses were developed to solve the study problem, while purposive sampling was used in data collection. The respondents consisted of 6 employees of Sharia Banking in Indonesia. The SEM results indicate that five hypotheses were significant, while 2 were insignificant. Furthermore, proactive knowledge sharing strongly mediates the relationship between the studied variables. These results confirm the withdrawal of the new concept in improving employee performance.
<p><em>The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence on HR performance with affective commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all educators or education staff of Krista Mitra Semarang, totaling 69 people using the census method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis. The results show that spiritual intelligence has an effect on affective commitment. Intellectual intelligence has an effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has an effect on HR performance. Spiritual intelligence has an effect on HR performance. Intellectual intelligence on HR performance. Affective commitment can mediate the influence of spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence on HR performance.</em></p><p><em>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan intelektual terhadap kinerja SDM dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Tenaga pendidik atau kependidikan Krista Mitra Semarang yang berjumlah 69 orang dengan metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penetian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analisis).Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh terhadap komitmen afektif. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SDM. Kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap kinerja SDM.
