This study aims to investigate the contribution lecturers’ pedagogical competences, intellectual intelligence and self-efficacy of student learning motivation. The analysis technique in this study is a multiple regression and comparison technique. It observes the relationship or influence among three variables. The sample of this study consisted of 30 students. The validity test results for each variable of lecturer pedagogical competence, intellectual intelligence, self-efficacy, and student learning motivation are valid, while the reliability of each variable is all reliable. The research findings show that the results of the analysis obtained the price of Fhit = 371,862, db = (3.26), p-value = 0,000 <0.05, Ho is rejected. The price of R2 = 0.977, Fhit = 371,862, db = (3.26) p-value = 0,000 <0.05 or Ho is rejected. The contribution of lecturers 'pedagogical competence, intellectual intelligence and self-efficacy to students' learning motivation is 0.977 or 97.7%. Thus, lecturers' pedagogical competence, intellectual intelligence and self-efficacy simultaneously influence student learning motivation.
This study aims to investigate the effect of classroom management on student learning outcomes at class five primary school numbers 066655, distrcit of Kelambir V Tanjung Gusta Medan Helvetia academic year 2019/2020. The analysis technique in this study is a simple regression technique, observing the relationship or effect between variables. The sample of this research is students of class state primary school number 066654 district of Kelambir V Tanjung Gusta Medan Helvetia, which consists of 2 classes, namely class V A totaling 28 students and class V B totaling 28 students. The total number of class V is 56 students. The variable instrument in the study is all valid, while the reliability for all variables is reliable. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it shows that simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 24.281 + 0.896X forms a linear line and coefficient of regression direction means. The calculation result is obtained Fcount 56.912 in consultation with Ftable for an error rate of 5%, F table = 4.02. Thus Fcount > F table (56.912 > 4.02) for an error level of 5%. Based on the results of the F test calculation, Fcount is 56.912 with sig = 0.000 <0.005 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an effect of class management (X) which is significant towards learning outcomes (Y). This means that the better the classroom management carried out by the teacher, the higher the student learning outcomes.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem posing terhadap pemahaman matematis pada materi pecahan siswa kelas 3 SD Negeri 091367 Simpang Kinalang T.A 2021/2022. Jenis penelitian ini adala kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 3 yang berjumlah 20 orang di SD Negeri 091367 Simpang Kinalang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tes dan lembar observasi. Sebelum digunakan tes terlebih dahulu divalidasi oleh ahli dan dilakukan uji coba. Hasil penelian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa penggunaan model Problem Posing dalam pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas III SD Negeri 091367 Simpang Kinalang. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh 0.00 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0.5. Hal ini juga terlihat dari hasil posttest, kelas yang menggunakan model problem posing memperoleh nilai rata-rata 92,2 dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan nilai terendah 80. This research was conducted with the aim of developing, knowing the feasibility, and knowing the effectiveness of the inquiry-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) using 3D Pageflip Professional on Theme 8 My Living Area Class IV SDN 173538 Tampubolon Balige. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data collection techniques in this study are test and non-test techniques. From the results of the validation carried out by material experts, design experts, and education practitioners, it shows that the inquiry-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) using the professional 3D Pageflip developed is valid. The average percentage of the results of material validation shows 95% in the very feasible category, the results of design validation show 94.4% in the very feasible category, and validation by education practitioners shows 96% in the very feasible category. From the results of the effectiveness test on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 173538 Tampubolon Balige at the time of pre-test and post-test, there was an increase. The average pre-test score was 68.7%, while the post-test average was 91.5%. This shows that the students' post-test scores are higher than the pre-test scores.
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Belajar Dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasinya seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior, sampelnya 17 orang, teknik samplingnya menggunakan Nonprobabiliti Sampling jenis sampling purposive, instrument pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji t-test dan uji Multivariate Analisist of Variance (MANOVA) dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa dari tabel output uji t-test minat belajar peserta didik nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000. Sedangkan dari tabel output uji t-test prestasi belajar peserta didik diketahui nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000. Berdasarkan kriteria pengambilan keputusan 0,000 < 0,05, maka Hoditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua terhadap minat dan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Ranto Dior. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari tabel output uji Multivariate menunjukkan bahwa harga F untuk Pillai’s Trace, Wilk’s Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace, Roy’s Largest Root pada kelompok memiliki signifikansi yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,033 < 0,05. Artinya harga F untuk Pillai’s Trace, Wilk’s Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace, Roy’s Largest Root semuanya signifikan. Dengan demikian Hoditolak dan Ha diterima.
