The study aim is to analyze are brand image and product quality partially positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at Starbuck; Do brand image and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Starbucks; Which variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions at Starbucks. In this study, the authors chose the research location in Starbucks, Trans Studio Mall, Makassar City. In connection with the problems previously stated, an analysis will be carried out based on the data obtained using the following calculation: (1) Validity test, used to measure whether a questionnaire is valid or not. A questionnaire is said to be useful if the questionnaire's questions can reveal something, which is measured by the questionnaire. The results showed that the brand image variable had positive and significant influences on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks should maintain a good brand reputation, increasing consumer loyalty. Introducing products to consumers will give a good impression, and consumers will also remember the product. The results showed that the product quality variable had positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions; this indicated that Starbucks had to improve the quality of the products offered to increase sales levels. 12.9% of variables are not examined in this thesis, and this also affects the purchasing decision at Starbucks Trans Studio Mall Makassar; the variables that are not examined are (Price, Location, and Lifestyle). The balanced scorecard (BSC) is one of the concepts of a managerial performance measurement system that has a function and significance for companies carrying out strategic management by using four measurement perspectives in a systematic and integrated manner. This study uses the balanced scorecard, and management can identify, formulate, and create a value proposition that is balanced and proportionate among its stakeholders (stakeholders). This study aims to determine how the company's performance benchmarks and stakeholder value propositions use the balanced scorecard approach. The type and approach of this research are descriptive qualitative. The data analysis model is carried out in two ways: First, qualitatively, namely by describing according to language, sentences and perspectives to get a logical understanding and relevant to the research objectives. Second, using the balanced scorecard approach, namely data analysis made in numbers based on the balanced scorecard approach. This study explains how the general concept of the balanced scorecard, the four perspectives of measuring the balanced scorecard, the implementation of the balanced scorecard, and the balance of stakeholder value propositions. The results showed the measurement of the balanced scorecard at PT. "X" indicates that the company has a good set of benchmarks in implementing the balanced scorecard. The results also show that several balanced scorecard perspectives are proven to positively impact company performance in all views, including financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This study is due to the company's ability to correctly identify, formulate and determine stakeholder value propositions through a balanced scorecard approach.
Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis instrumen terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji hipotesis penelitian terdiri dari uji parsial (uji t), dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji multikolinearitas dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistic Program for Social Science) versi 21. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Bank Sulselbar Kantor Pusat Makassar yang berjumlah 62 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme transfer ilmu berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi knowledge sharing, sarana pendukung berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi knowledge sharing, budaya berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi knowledge sharing, motivasi berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi knowledge sharing, dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi intensi knowledge sharing adalah sarana pendukung.
