В современных условиях особую теоретическую и практическую значимость приобретают проблемы дискриминации на рынке труда, которые оказывают негативное воздействие на развитие трудового потенциала. Целью работы является исследование дискриминации разных категорий работников на рынке труда, которые и стали предметом исследования в данной статье. В данной статье рассматривается природа дискриминации на рынке труда как одного из факторов, влияющих на развитие трудового потенциала. Выявлены причины и последствия дискриминационного отношения работодателей к отдельным категориям работников на рынке труда, обоснована необходимость устранения дискриминации на рынке труда. Результаты исследования могут быть полезны специалистам в области экономики, аспирантам и студентам, широкому кругу читателей, а также при создании программ по развитию трудового потенциала. Сделан вывод о том, что последствия трудовой дискриминации негативны не только для самих дискриминируемых работников, но и для экономики в целом. В связи с чем возникает необходимость разностороннего противодействия дискриминации, защиты конституционного принципа недискриминации в разных сферах. ключевые слова: дискриминация, трудовой потенциал, рынок труда DISCRIMINATION IN ThE LABOUR MARKET AS A BARRIER TO ThE DEVELOpMENT OF LABOR pOTENTIAL Alieva p.R., Magomedkhanova G.M.In modern conditions the special theoretical and practical importance takes the problems of discrimination in the labor market, which have a negative impact on the development of labor potential. The aim of the work is to study the discrimination of different categories of workers in the labor market, which became the subject of the study in this article. This article examines the nature of discrimination in the labor market as one of the factors affecting the development of labor potential. The reasons and consequences of the discriminatory attitude of employers to certain categories of workers in the labor market are revealed, the necessity of discrimination elimination in the labor market is substantiated. The received results of the research may be useful for specialists in economics, post-graduate students and students, a wide range of readers, and also for a creating the programs of labor potential development.
