The article deals with the improvement of economic and legal regulation in the tourist sector. To solve the regulation issues of the tourism sector, it is proposed to use a multidisciplinary approach, whose essence is trying to integrate a variety of scientific areas and concentrate them in the tourism sector. It is proved that the application of this approach in the analysis of economic and legal regulation of tourism activities will allow considering more fully and systematically the regulation of relations in the tourism sector, identifying their patterns, and suggesting ways to develop the tourism industry in the current context. It is revealed that the main expected results of the tourism policy are growing the tourist flow and increasing the development level of the tourism industry. At that, the target indicators of the tourism policy are the number of accommodation facilities and the number of people working in tourist companies.
The article deals with the development of approaches to the integrated use of multitrophic aquaculture resources in the recreational business. It is revealed that multitrophic aquaculture allows successfully combining several areas in nature management. This includes obtaining high-quality food products (both of animal and plant origin), protecting and growing valuable medicinal plants, expanding the area of melliferous plants, and cultivating various industrial crops. It is proved that fish farming, often being extensive, can be considered as a kind of organic farming in the framework of recreational projects using multipurpose reservoirs. It is revealed that reservoirs used in recreational business, as well as the territories directly adjacent to them, are often characterized by an increased level of biodiversity that allows considering such territorial complexes as important stabilizing ecological zones.
The article deals with the development of a mechanism for the e-commerce enterprises' extension in the context of digitalization. It is established that e-commerce enterprises should actively implement the possibility of combining offline and online channels and consider ways to improve the operational efficiency of conducting activities through the automation of commodity accounting and analytical accounting systems, the development of loyalty programs, and acquiring including through the use of contactless payment technology. It is proved that digital trade enterprises need to actively implement self-service cash registers and develop their own mobile applications. It is revealed that e-commerce enterprises should accumulate available information, analyze the frequency, place, time, and preferred channel of purchases, and form a point-based personalized offer. It is determined that digital transformation entails not only investment in new technologies and their subsequent implementation, but also the transformation of the product offered by the company in the market.
The study is devoted to the formation of a cluster approach to the regional development of the tourism industry in the context of digitalization. The main characteristic of a tourist cluster is its ability to adapt quickly, therefore, to provide the subjects of the regional tourism cluster with the opportunity to exchange information among themselves in the language of common standards, compare the effectiveness of their work with the work of other participants, and learn from the best representatives of the cluster and external companies, it is advisable to develop a SCOR model that sets the language for describing the relationships between the supply chains participants. It is proposed to introduce complex automated systems that concentrate in themselves a set of organizational, regime, technical and other capabilities aimed at achieving a sufficient level of economic efficiency and safety of doing tourist business in the context of digitalization.
The article is devoted to improving the methods of state support for the tourism and hospitality industry in the context of digitalization. It is proved that the policy in the field of tourism and hospitality industry should take into account the goals of socio-economic policy that determines the line of reforms. The authors state that the tourism and hospitality industry has become a special system that combines both the historical and cultural heritage of the state and the most recent information technologies in the field of territorial development and communications, as well as note that tourist and hotel companies are digitalizing their activities rigorously and effectively, receiving significant revenues.
