Consumer behavior in the perspective of conventional economy is based on the philosophy of capitalism, so that each individual is more rational than spiritual. While in the perspective of Islamic economics, consumer behavior is based on the philosophy of God so that in every activity to meet the needs of consumers are required to always be guided by the principles of monotheism, khilafah, and also justice. In addition the authors find the existence of similarities and differences from both perspectives of the theory. The similarity between consumer behavior in carrying out consumption activity in conventional economics and Islamic economy there are three, among them in terms of understanding, philosophy base, motivation and purpose of consumption, and consumer behavior theory. The difference lies in the foundations of philosophy, the principles of consumption, the motives and purposes of consumption, the configuration of consumer needs, and the latter lies in consumer behavior. This study was conducted with the aim to know: (1) consumer behavior in conventional economic perspectives (2) consumer behavior in sharia economic perspective (3) comparison of consumer behavior in conventional economic and economic perspectives of sharia. This research method uses library research approach, because the object of study is focused on the study by conducting a review study on books, data, literatures related to the analysis of research discussion related to consumer behavior, both in economy conventional and Islamic. The results show that: (1) Consumer behavior involves the behavior of consumers, where they can illustrate the search to buy, use, evaluate and improve a product and their services. (2) The consumption behavior of Islam based on the guidance of the Qur'an and Hadith needs to be based on an enhanced rationality that integrates belief in truth that transcends this very limited human rationality. (3) Comparisons between consumer behavior in conventional economics and the declining Islamic economy, explains that there are some differences from both points of view. The first is lies in the cornerstone of the philosophy of consumer behavior. Second, related to the principle of consumption. This study aims to determine the legal provisions of interfaith marriage, both according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and according to the Islamic Law Compilation. The study used a content analysis method by comparing the legal provisions of interfaith marriage according to the two legal sources. The results showed that interfaith marriage according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage was actually prohibited, in accordance with Article 2 paragraph (1) and Article 8 letter (f) of Law No.1 of 1974. Interfaith marriage is also prohibited according to the Legal Compilation Islam according to articles 40 to 44 and article 61 that marriage is prohibited
This study aims to determine: (1) the content of the al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134; (2) the values of social education contained in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 according to Ibn Katsir's Tafsir al-Qur'an al-Azhim; (3) the relevance of the value of education in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 with today's education. This study uses the Maudhu'iy (thematic) method, namely the method of interpreting the verses of the Qur'an according to a particular theme or topic. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used in this research is literature study or documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Moleong data analysis technique, which includes the stages of data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: first, the contents of the al-Qur'an Surah Ali Imran verse 134 describes the characteristics of a pious person. Secondly, Ibn Kathir also said that the al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 describes the characteristics of a pious person, including 1) Berinfaq in a field or narrow, happy or difficult. 2) Hold back anger when able to vent it. 3) Forgive those who wrong us even without being asked. 4) Do well. Apart from being the characteristics of a pious person, these four characteristics are also included in the values of social education, where these traits cannot be realized without social interaction with other people. third, the values of social education contained in al-Qur'an surah Ali Imran verse 134 when connected with contemporary education are very relevant, given the importance of these values to be possessed by educators and students and society in general.
This study aims to analyze the development of productive waqf to reduce poverty levels in Ciamis Regency. The research method used is empirical research. Data were collected through interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that (1) the management carried out by Nazhir used the POAC method (Planning, Organizing, Acting, Controlling) in order to achieve what was expected by the wakif so that the waqf property was utilized in accordance with its purpose; (2) implementation of waqf development through the establishment of mini markets. Until now, it has started to develop with the opening of a canteen near the area of educational institutions, laundry, and already has an inventory of two-wheeled vehicles. To increase productivity, a poverty alleviation model is currently being developed through scholarships for underprivileged and orphaned students.
