<p>This research is aimed to acknowledging the impacts of previous ablity on the result of learning mathematics . Previous ability in this research is students’ basic ability of mathematics. The research is corrasional survey with simple regression analysis on the students X grade at SMK Negeri 2 Cikarang Barat. Sample in the research is 50 respondents taken from the number of population reach as many as 481 respondents. The instrument used is written test in the form of multiple choice and essay. the data was analyzed descriptively and inferensial after the data fulfill normality test and linnearity test and the result show that t<sub>count</sub> > t<sub>table</sub> (4.426 > 2.001). So it can be concluded that in 50 % significancy, there are significant impacts of previous ability on the result of learning mathematics.<strong></strong></p>
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring pada awal pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia yaitu pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2020. Selain juga tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang mahasiswa alami pada pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan angket berbentuk <em>google form</em> yang disebar melalui <em>platform</em> aplikasi <em>Whatsapp</em>. Angket disebar pada bulan April 2020. Data dari dianalisa dengan menggunakan tabel tabulasi silang dua arah untuk menunjukkan kecenderungan yang terjadi. Peneliti juga melakukan studi literatur untuk menguatkan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran secara <em>online</em> memiliki beragam manfaat sekaligus juga kekurangan. Menariknya, penelitian ini menemukan kecenderungan-kecenderungan perbedaan persepsi antara mahasiswa dengan mempertimbangkan kluster wilayah responden penelitian.
<p>The purpose of this research are to know: (1) about correlation between culture <br />organization and commitment organization; (2) about correlation between job satisfaction and commitment organization; (3) about correlation between culture organization and job satisfaction with commitment organization. This research had done in several state elementary schools that placed on Kramatjati, East Jakarta. The method of this research is quantitative description approach. The purpose of using this method was to analyze the correlation between two or more variable through hypothesis test and also to identificate social phenomena that happened in real situation. The result of the research answering the <br />hypothesis which are: (1) there’s a positive correlation between culture organization and commitment organization; (2) there’s a positive correlation between culture organization and commitment organization; (3) there’s significance correlation between culture organization and job satisfaction. Nevertheless, if school start to improve all of them, state elementary school will have honorary teacher with high dedication. <br /><br /></p>
Seperti telah diketahui bahwa anak-anak zaman sekarang telah mengalami penetrasi teknologi dan mengalami kecanduan penggunaan gawai yang cukup besar. Jika tidak dilakukan antisipasi, maka anak-anak akan tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang anti sosial dan cenderung indvidualis. Tak terkecuali dengan anak-anak yang bersekolah di PAUD Tunas Muda. Anak-anak usia dini lebih suka melihat gawai daripada membaca buku.Padahal orangtua tidak bisa sepenuhnya menyerahkan pendidikan dan pengasuhan anak-anak usia dini kepada orang lain, apalagi kepada gawai. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kontrol pengawasan ada di tangan orangtua, khususnya ibu. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah ceramah interaktif dan diskusi. Dengan penayangan video dan penjelasan dari Tim, diharapkan para peserta kegiatan memahami bagaimana otak anak bekerja, bagaimana anak belajar secara baik, dan apa yang sebenarnya terjadi saat anak dimarahi. Dengan begitu, para ibu menjadi paham, bahwa tugas seorang ibu adalah sangat mulia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripikan: (1) pengaruh adversity quotient dan task commitment secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika; (2) pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika; dan (3) pengaruh task commitment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Metode penelitian adalah survei korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi ganda. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 siswa SMK di Jakarta Selatan yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen untuk mengukur adversity quotient dan task commitment menggunakan angket tertutup, sementara kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika diukur dengan tes uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan adversity quotient dan task commitment secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,3%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan adversity quotient terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan kontribusi sebesar 5%; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan task commitment terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dengan kontribusi sebesar 7,3%.AbstractThis research aims to reveal: (1) the effect of adversity quotient and task commitment on mathematical problem solving abilities, (2) the effect of adversity quotient on mathematical problem solving abilities, and (3) the effect of task commitment on mathematical problem solving abilities. This research was a correlational survey with multiple regression analysis technique. The sample was 83 students of three state vocational high schools in South Jakarta, Indonesia, established using the random sampling technique. The instrument to measure independent variables (adversity quotient and task commitment) is a closed questionnaire and that to measure the dependent variable (the mathematical problem solving abilities) is a mathematics description test. The results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of adversity quotient and task commitment together on mathematical problem solving ability, with a contribution of 12.3%; (2) there is a positive effect of adversity quotient on mathematical problem solving abilities, with a contribution of 5%; (3) there is a positive effect of task commitment on the mathematical problem solving abilities, with a contribution of 7.3%.
