This study aims to determine the activeness and learning interest of students by using the SELPI teaching model, namely lecturers giving students the freedom to design their ways of learning through the preparation of Satuan Acara Perkuliahan (SAP) independently in study groups. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source is the learning assessment of students in the Economic Education Program. In this study, it will be known to learn classes with the SELPI model. The results of the study showed that students' activeness and interest in learning increased.
The tragedy of commons exists where natural common resources are overused. Every user is encouraged to maximize their utilization by taking as much as they can, left environment’s ability to regenerates behind. As a result, there will be a decreasing result. The condition exists in Muncar in Banyuwangi, Indonesia. This coastal area has to accommodate an increasing number of fishing fleets with more advanced technology, which creates a diminishing volume in fishing catches. This research explores the tragedy of commons in Muncar, Indonesia. We use the qualitative approach with the phenomenological interpretative paradigm. We interviewed stakeholders as well as fishermen in Muncar. The result of this study (1). The increasing number of fishing fleets are accompanied with more advanced technology. This allows fishermen to catch fish in higher volume. Also, there is a negligence in environment-friendly concern because of economic reason. (2). The tragedy of commons is caused by unclear regulation about fish regulation along the Muncar Coastal Area. The development of infrastructure in Muncar is not well equipped with adequate utilities such as disposal waste facilities. Also, the development of industrial zones in Muncar is not well planned.
This study was too deeply understanding about factors that affected consumption behavior among student. Consumption behavior that is realize by students is not only buying daily stuffs but also buying a variety of goods or services just as a fulfilment of their desires. Excessive consumption is not only experienced by adult but also by teenagers, which called consumptive behavior. This study uses quantitative explanation research design. The populations of this study are 143 eleventh grades of social program students in SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The sampling in this study is based on solving formula using "proportional random sampling" technique, and obtained 105 respondents. Data collection technique used is questionnaire technique. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that there is significant influence on consumptive behavior derived by three independent variable mention on consumptive behavior of the eleventh grade of social program students. The higher Economic Education on family tend to reduce consumptive behavior among student. While commercial advertisement and online shop will rise the desire of consumptive behavior among student, appreciable. Simultaneously, economics education in family, advertising, online shop has impact on consumptive behavior of the eleventh grade of social program students.
This study departs from the problem of learning difficulties that leads to low learning outcomes. Solutions offered are students and teachers knowing the location of learning difficulties to find out the factors that cause it and then find an appropriate alternative. This research uses quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data resulting from the results of diagnostic tests and qualitative data questionnaires results through in-depth observation and interviews. Checking the validity of data using source triangulation techniques. The results showed the percentage of student difficulties in clearing keyword with the total difficulty 96,30%. Cause students have difficulty using foreign term / terminology, lesson time and teaching methods of teachers. Efforts that have been made to overcome difficulties students to ask friends, browse and ask the teacher. While the efforts made by teachers by providing motivation and assistance during the learning activities took place.
