Kaum perempuan dalam suatu masyarakat yang pernah mengalami penjajahan mengalami penderitaan ganda. Dikatakan penderitaan ganda karena sumber penderitaan tersebut berasal dari struktur patriarki itu sendiri dan dari praktik kolonialisme. Yang berbahaya dari praktik kolonialisme untuk konteks kita zaman ini adalah residunya yang terwujud dalam pola pikir, sikap dan tutur kata yang memarjinalkan perempuan. Sikap seperti ini dihidupi dan ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari entah sadar ataupun tanpa disadari oleh pelaku. Mutasi kolonialisme yang berdampak pada pengabaian kaum perempuan sebagai subjek nampak dalam masyarakat yang praktik adat-istiadatnya sangat kuat. Tulisan ini bermaksud memberikan kritik dari persepektif feminis postkolonial terhadap kultur patriarki yang menjelma dalam beberapa praktik adat di Manggarai. Jika tidak dikritisi dan diidentifikasi maka wacana dan praktik marginalisasi terhadap perempuan akan terus dilakukan karena mendapatkan legitimasi dari budaya dan adat. Tanpa adanya identifikasi dan sikap kritis, perempuan pun pada akhirnya menjadi pihak yang membiarkan marginalisasi itu berlangsung. Gambaran tentang kedudukan dan peran perempuan dalam budaya Manggarai kiranya memberikan pedoman bagi semua orang untuk menghargai dan menempatkan perempuan tanpa harus mengabaikan adat.

For Indonesian people, the world of art is an integral part of life. Art has become their identity since the ancient time. It is because art and its products are born from the appreciation of everyday life. Art philosophy is inseparable from the meaning of daily life. The more a society produces art with high values and tastes, the more reflective capacity they have to explore life. This reflective ability has actually helped enliven the development era which has increasingly undergone fundamental changes (disruption) in all fields. Entering the era of industrial revolution 4.0, now the world of art and its meaning are slowly distorted. Revolution 4.0 dragged art into capitalism and ended in obscurity of identity. Gadamer's study of how to view art as a game, symbol and festival becomes an interruption to restore the meaning of art in its place. Gadamer's art criticism is also very relevant for Indonesian people. This criticism is an opportunity for Indonesians to reinterpret the spirit of art in them. Understanding art means immersing in one’s self-identity as a true Indonesian to become more authentic.

The problem formulation is solved by using legal research which means the study of legal science to obtain the correct knowledge to answer a problem. According to anomic theory and subculture theory, the phenomenon of selling the practice of buying online strong drugs is a form of rebellion (rebellion) in the face of establishment which is adhered to in social life. Indeed this rebellion is influenced by the presence of advances in communication technology (online media). So that the rebellion is considered as a form of innovation. Unfortunately it is not supported by the good mental and mental maturity of these online media users.“Tongkat ali pasak bumi,” atau “Tongkat ajaib,” ada lagi “Semut ireng,” termasuk “Pil kuat semalam di Madura.” Merupakan sederet nama ramuan tradisional yang sering dicari kaum lelaki, tidak sulit untuk mendapatkannya. Konon khsiat ramun tradisional ini, mampu mengangkat derajat kum lelaki. Sang perkasa, penguasa di atas ranjang. Khasiat ramuan tradisional ini, bagaikan fenomena dalam realitas kehidupan hasrat seksual, yang tidak dapat diabaikan begitu saja. Bagi sebagain masyarakat, kisah ampuhnya ramuan tradisional ini, hanyalah mitos. Pun tidak demikian bagi yang lainnya. Karena pada tempat-tempat tertentu, tersedia ramuan tradisional ini. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana pisau analisis kriminologi jual beli online obat kuat? dan mengapa pencari obat kuat tergolong sebagai korban? Rumusan masalah diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum yang memiliki arti pengkajian ilmu hukum untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang benar guna menjawab suatu masalah. Seturut teori anomi maupun teori subkultur, fenomena jual praktek beli online obat kuat merupakan suatu bentuk rebellion (pemberontakan) terhadapan kemapanan yang ditaati dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Memang rebellion ini dipengaruhi dengan kehadiran kemajuan teknologi kemunikasi (media online). Sehingga pemberontakan itu dianggap sebagai suatu bentuk inovasi. Sayangnya tidak dukungn dengan kematangan mental dan kejiwaan yang baik dari para pengguna media online ini.
