Public service offices are currently required to provide services effectively and efficiently. Therefore, technology plays a role in helping employees to be able to finish the job. The use of technology makes employees able to achieve high satisfaction and productivity. To be able to take advantage of existing technology, a collaboration between employees is needed through knowledge sharing. This study focuses on the context of the role of task-technology fit in mediating the relationship of knowledge sharing intention to employee satisfaction and performance. This is explanatory research was conducted through a survey of 412 employees of the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) in the East Java Province. The structural Equation Model (SEM) approach was used and 214 questionnaires were processed with WarpPLS. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing, intention affects task-technology fit (TTF) and task-technology fit (TTF) also has a significant effect on employee satisfaction and performance.
Various studies show that companies and organizations have realized that knowledge-based capital is an important company asset. Managing the company's knowledge-based capital is one of the important tasks to encourage companies to compete with other companies. This study aims to identify the knowledge-based capital in human capital, structural capital, and capital employed by companies and its effect on investment decisions that affect company value. Through literature review, this concept also incorporates managers' risk attitude, which is part of ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) to develop the concept of Knowledge-based Risk Management (KBRM). Based on path analysis using AMOS, the result shows direct influence of human capital and capital employed on investment decisions is not significant. Meanwhile, the direct influence is significant. Investment decision does not mediate the relationship between human capital, structural capital, and capital employed on company value. Furthermore, managers' attitude to risk as risk-averse weakens the relationship between investment decisions and company value. Based on that result, companies need to reconsider managers’ behaviour in facing risks so that managers able to take risks when deciding on investments in the future and increase the value of the company.
The tourism sector is no longer can run as before the pandemic, as coronavirus outbreak is extraordinarily impacted and strike in modern times when the world tourism industry is more connected than at any previous moment in history. The pandemic has generated circumstances around the world, causing "Business as Usual" to be disrupted, and everyone has accepted a new normal life using strict health protocol. The impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) generated an economic and social shock, which will likely transform how people live and work, as well as how industries and organizations operate. This paper aims to analyze the leadership approach of the Indonesian government in the Bali tourism sector, which is the sector that produces the highest contribution to national income for Indonesia which has suffered the heaviest blow as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Findings revealed as perceived by the tourism sector leaders in the post Pandemic situation, that demand reconciliation is the common factor needed in navigating the business recovery in the post-pandemic situation. Theoretical and practical implications are also drawn in this study.
COVID-19 occurred in early 2020 which led to social restrictions, physical distancing, and even large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) in Malang City. This impact has massively shattered the social and economic foundations of Indonesia. This research is aimed to investigate the impact of health surveillance trust, perceived safety and restaurant brand, solidarity with the food services towards revisiting intention, intention to visit other restaurants, and word of mouth through satisfaction in Malang restaurants. Two hundred and fifty respondents participated in this study. To achieve the aim of this study, SmartPLS3 software was used. The research method used is a survey through the distribution of questionnaires. Survey results through questionnaires were inputted, tabulated, and processed for later analysis using SmartPLS3 software. As predicted, health surveillance trust, perceived safety and restaurant brand, solidarity with the food services had a significant effect on satisfaction. In addition, the effect of satisfaction on revisit intention, intention to visit other restaurants, and word of mouth has been proven in this study. From a practical standpoint, it is obvious that to help restaurants survive, the government and the community can work together to build empathy and solidarity with the restaurants as well as comply with health and safety protocols.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami perilaku keuangan individu Muslim Indonesia secara empiris menggunakan data Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) 5. IFLS5 memberikan informasi secara luas mengenai indikator perilaku keuangan dan sosiodemografi seseorang seperti tingkat pendidikan, usia, gender, dan lokasi tempat tinggal. Data perilaku keuangan tersebut berdasarkan data individu berupa jumlah dana simpanan, jumlah pendapatan, dan keputusan mengambil pinjaman. Variabel yang didapatkan dari data IFLS5 tersebut kemudian diuji menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah dana simpanan dipengaruhi oleh jumlah pendapatan, keputusan mengambil pinjaman, tingkat religiusitas, tingkat pendidikan, dan usia. Melalui hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai faktor penentu perilaku keuangan Muslim Indonesia berdasarkan keputusan untuk menyimpan dana. Pengaruh positif dari tingkat religiusitas pada perilaku keuangan diharapkan dapat memberi sinyal positif pada bank syariah dan menggunakannya sebagai dasar dalam mengembangkan produknya sesuai sistem syariah.
