The authors of the paper set the goal of examining the theoretical aspects of migration and showing the relationship between the influence of this social phenomenon on the political processes of the state and state policy in general. The authors highlight the main interdisciplinary approaches to the definition of the term “migration” with the aim of concretizing it in political science within the framework of the study. The study also answers the question of the relationship between "policy" and "politics" within a migration policy by comparing "state migration policy" and "migration policy", concerning which there is a different interpretation. The object of research is migration. The subject is migration policy and state migration policy. The topic is relevant because in the early 2000s migration acquired a new global scale under the influence of many heterogeneous factors often caused by adverse economic, social and socio-psychological conditions, as well as military conflicts of an interreligious and ethnopolitical nature. The research uses systemic, comparative, institutional, and ethnopolitical approaches. The systematization of approaches presents the scientific novelty to the definition of migration, as well as by the mutual influence of migration processes and political and administrative decisions.
The purpose of this scientific article is to determine the characteristics of youth socio-political organizations that act as an actor in public policy. The authors established the arachaism of the approach that differentiates youth associations according to the territorial criterion. The article analyzes such a significant feature as the influence of youth organizations on political processes, including the processes of making government decisions. Conclusions. In the political science sense, a youth organization as a participant in political relations at the domestic or international levels has certain properties. The authors refer to them as: representing the interests of youth groups; availability of a resource base; participation in political communication; the desire to influence government decisions. But the differences between youth organizations are limited to the scale of influence and to the subject of political relations. The authors state that the presence or absence of resources is not a determining criterion for the recognition of a public organization as an actor of public policy. In this interpretation, the ability of a public association to formulate and express its own interests, and not the implementation of the will of another political actor (for example, a political party or state), acquires significance.

This work studies the distinctive features of political responsibility of regional deputies representing the interests of various electoral groups. The status of a regional parliament deputy in Russian regions is characterized in two ways. It is regulated not only by laws and ethical norms, but also by political guidelines. Regional deputies are held legally accountable for violating laws, and by straying from party or state guidelines, they risk being held politically accountable. This is why the object of study of this article is the negative consequences that regional deputies suffer as a result of the political practices in Russian regions. In 2016-2019, there was an expansion of legal grounds that affect termination of deputy duties. Deputies are frequently limited in their rights to address other participants of regional politics. In some cases, artificial barriers are created to interfere with the work of regional deputies. These limitations are political in nature, and thus have a vague definition in law. Because of that, the author pays special attention to the political norms that, if violated, result in special negative consequences for regional deputies, including their inability to perform their parliamentary duties.
