Effects of Service Quality, Customer Trust and Customer Religious Commitment on Customers Satisfaction and Loyalty of Islamic Banks in East Java. The purpose of the present study was to describe the relationships among service quality, customer trust and customer religious commitment on customer satisfaction and loyalty of Islamic banks in East Java. Respondents were Islamic banks' customers domiciled in East Java. A predetermined number of samples were taken by the use of a simple random sampling technique. Analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results indicated that service quality and customer trust of Islamic banks jointly had significant effects on customer satisfaction. Service quality and customer trust had direct and indirect effects on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction of Islamic banks' customer in East Java. Religious commitment had no direct and indirect effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Abstract:Purpose: the purpose of this study was to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effects of external and internal environmental factors on the strategy and performance of manufacturing companies.Design/methodology/approach: This study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents of manufacturing companies in Indonesia spreading over six major cities in Java such as Jakarta, Banten, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang and Surabaya.Samples were taken by using the systematic random sampling technique. The technique was used since those major cities had different numbers of manufacturing companies. Subsequently, the feasibility of the model was tested. Several indices of model feasibility would be used to test the model developed in this structural equation model. In case of a sub-optimal model, a model modification was to be performed by adding or removing paths so that the chi-square values would decrease by the values of the index. Findings:Results showed that internal and external environmental factors, through the operating environments and the remote environments of manufacturing industries, jointly affected the companies' understanding of the condition of the industrial environments to establish strategic goals in order to achieve optimal performance of manufacturing industry.-763-Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management -http://dx.doi.org/10.3926/jiem.1326Practical implications: The internal and external environmental factors through the operating and remote environments had effects on the strategy of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. However, both internal and external environments did not affect the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. There was a tendency that manufacturing companies were to observe the occurring macro-economic conditions. Manufacturing industries were faced with the pressures from competition, customers and suppliers that affected companies' revenue. Performance of manufacturing industries was more influenced by macro-economic conditions that have not recovered from the global crisis.Originality/value: This study was conducted to determine the effects of environmental factors on the corporate strategy and performance. The effects of the industrial environments are crucial since the more complicated changes in the industrial environments the greater the impacts it has on the resources, structures and processes in the company. Environmental factors of the industry present both organizational strengths and weaknesses, which would affect the strategy and performance of the industry.
AbstractMaintenance Activity Planning by Reability Centered Maintenance II Method. This research discusses maintenance activity planning using the RCM II method to evaluate failure function risk on compresor screw. The calculation of maintenance time is performed by considering maintenance and repair costs. The risk evaluation result with RPN shows that the critical component that needs to get the main priority in applying maintenance on compresor screw is function disorder on timeworn piston and on the broken outgoing air sponge's filter that receives RPN 45. The optimum maintenance time calculation is applied on components that undergo scheduled restoration and scheduled discard task so that this action becomes technically feasible in decreasing the consequence of damage. The optimum maintenance time value that is acquired to prevent damage on compresor screw is lower than the value of its MTTF, which demonstrates that optimum maintenance time will be significant in avoiding component function damage before the damage happens. Pemilihan kegiatan mainten...
This study uses a machine learning algorithm which is the extreme model one of the new learning method of neural networks. Determining the value of forecasting based on actual value. Output generated more quickly in this process, because the learning done in a fast speed and better accuracy rate than conventional forecasting methods. Epoch using the parameter changes and changes in the range of accuracy of test results demonstrate the value of error is quite good during the system testing. Keywords: neural networks, epoch, value of error.
