Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh metode bercerita dengan menggunakan alat peraga boneka tangan dan metode bercerita dengan menggunakan buku cerita bergambar terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin, Pengaruh kemampuan menyimak terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia dini, serta untuk mengetahui Interaksi antara metode bercerita dan kemampuan menyimak terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen semu. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur. Hasil analisis varians menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 4,537 > nilai Ftabel 2,10 dan nilai probabilitas atau signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak; (2) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pembentukan karakter disiplin anak dengan kemampuan menyimak tinggi (X = 93) dan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan menyimak rendah (X = 82,57), hasil analisis varians menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 14,728 > Ftabel 2,10 dengan nilai signifikan 0,0015 < 0,05. Dengan demikian menunjukkan pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa yang diajar dengan metode bercerita menggunakan boneka tangan lebih tinggi dari pada pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa yang di ajar dengan metode bercerita menggunakan buku cerita bergambar.

According to the result of analysis found that processing the financial reports still using bookkeeping technique which is rewriting of notes to ledger and then converted to MS. Excel to be produced as financial reports, so the generated reports were late and not accurate. This Final Project contained about the research to solved the problems at PT. Mutualplus Global Resources by building the web-based of financial management accounting information system using waterfall model as software development method which consists of software requirement analysis, design, code generation and testing. The system is built to provides facilities for Admin & Finance and Directors. Admin and Finance can manage account data, cash receipt data, cash disbursement data, access general journals, ledgers, balance sheet reports, cash receipt reports, cash disbursement reports, income statements and statement of capital reports. Meanwhile, the Director can manage user data, access general journal reports, general ledger reports, balance sheet reports, cash receipts reports, cash disbursement reports, income statements and statement of capital reports. This system is expected to improve financial management performance at PT. Mutualplus Global Resources Pontianak sub Division.
Persaingan pasar yang begitu ketat, sebagai pemilik usaha dalam bidang industry hiburan di Indomesia perlu memperhatikan variable yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, yaitu experiental marketing, kuaitas pelayanan, citra merek, dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiental marketing, kualitas pelayanan, citra merek dan harga dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dalam menonton bioskop XXI Sol Square. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung Bioskop XXI Solo Square, dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, dimana sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu (1) Uji instrument data yang terdiri dari Uji Validitas dan uji reliabilitas, (2) Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, (3) Analisis regresi berganda, (4) Uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Ekperiental Marketing tidak bepengaruh signnifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menonton bioskop XXI Solo Square sedangkan kuaitas pelayanan, citra merek dan harga berpengaruh signifika terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menonton bioskop XXI Solo Square Market competition is so tight, as business owners in the areas of the entertainment industry in Indonesia need to pay attention to the variables that can affect customer satisfaction, i.e., experiential marketing, serviceioquality, brand0iimage,09andiiprice. Improvement of fine motor skills through mosaic technique in one of the Down Syndrome children in Babakan Sawah village. This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers that fine motor skills in one of the Down Syndrome children are still low. The limitations of the media at home, as well ase the lack of stimulus provided by parents in improving fine motor skill is less than optimal. This research is uses single case experimental method with a one child, who is seven years old, famale, as a participant involved in this research. The teachnique of collecting data is observation sheets, and documentation, while for data analysis technique using descriptive statistics. The conclusion of this research is using mosaiq technique for improvement of fine motor skills in the Down Syndrome children in Babakan Sawah village. The ability of the child’s fine motor skills before being given the intervention has not yet developed (BB), in intervention 1 begins to develop (MB), and after being given th intervention it develope as expected (BSH). From this description, it can be concluded that the application of the mosaic technique can improve fine motor skills of Down syndrome in Babakan Sawah village. Based on the conclusions, tp parents who have the Down Syndrome children, it is suggested that parents who have children with special need should be able to provide stimulus to children in improving soft motor skills
