The accreditation standard for Medical Record Information Management (MIRM) 13 regulates the provision of medical records. The regulation aims to ensure the continuity of patient health documentation. This study describes the condition of medical records starting from numbering, ordering, and making and retrieving medical records to support patient care documentation according to hospital accreditation standards in the MIRM chapter 13. This type of research is descriptive with a retrospective approach. The results showed that Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul already has Medical Record Service Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures regulations. The regulation provides medical records for numbering, ordering, and creating and retrieving medical records to support patient service documentation. Panembahan Senopati Hospital Bantul implements an automated unit numbering system with the support of an RS SIM. They set the medical order after the patient goes home, both outpatient and inpatient. Making and retrieving medical records is part of implementing the unit numbering system. New patients make medical records when served at the registration section, while medical records take from the filing section for old patients. If medical records were not ready at the return visit, the professional HIM used a follow-up outpatient medical record form and combined it after the medical records were prepared. The regulation and the medical supply system show that Panembahan Senopai Hospital, Bantul, has implemented the MIRM standard 13 ep 1-5. Rerulasi tersebut bertujuan menjamin kesinambungan dokumentasi kesehatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penyediaan rekam medis mulai dari penomoran, urutan rekam medis, pembuatan dan retrieval rekam medis guna mendukung dokumentasi pelayanan pasien sesuai standar akreditasi rumah sakit pada bab MIRM 13. Jenis penelitian dekriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul sudah memiliki regulasi berupa Pedoman Pelayanan Rekam Medis dan Standar Prosedur Operasional yang mengatur penyediaan rekam medis untuk penomoran, urutan rekam medis, pembuatan dan retrieval rekam medis guna mendukung dokumentasi pelayanan pasien. RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul menerapkan sistem penomoran unit yang sudah terotomatisasi dengan dukungan SIM RS. Pengaturan urutan rekam medis dilakukan setelah pasien pulang baik rawat jalan maupun rawat inap. Pembuatan dan retrieval rekam medis merupakan bagian dari implementasi sistem penomoran unit. Pasien baru dibuatkan rekam medis saat di layani di bagian pendaftaran, sedangkan untuk pasien lama diambilkan rekam medis dari bagian filing. Apabila rekam medis tidak ditemukan pada saat kunjungan ulang maka petugas menggunakan formulir rekam medis rawat jalan lanjutan dan formulir tersebut akan digabungkan setelah rekam medis ditemukan. Adanya regulasi dan sistem penyediaan rekam medis tersebut menunjukkan RSUD Panembahan Senopai Bantul telah mengimplemantasikan standar MIRM 13 ep 1-5. This study aims to identify nurses' expectations after the enactment of Nursing Law Number 38 of 2014 concerning independent nursing practice in Yogyakarta Special Region Province. This research is a mixed methods research, in which basic data in the form of nurses' level of understanding about Nursing Law were taken using quantitative approach, followed by collecting qualitative data in order to identify nurses' expectations in conducting independent nursing practice. The sample of quantitative data were 282 nurses in 5 Regional General Hospital in the province, while qualitative data were taken from 10 respondents using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, the data were analyzed in three stages, which are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The quantitative data were collected using a questionnaire from November 2015-January 2016 and analyzed using frequency table. In terms of quantitative data, nurses' understanding about Nursing Law was mostly fair, or 69.1%. In terms of qualitative data, the nurses' expectations of Nursing Law Number 38 of 2014 are covered in 8 themes, namely recognition of nurse profession, provision of collegial regulation, type of nursing competence test, application standard for Nurse Practise License/Surat Izin Praktik Perawat (SIPP), derivatives of Nursing Law, better system, addition of competency test materials, and better protection for nurses. The nurses expect the clarity of job description of independent nursing practice, uniformity of standard operating procedure to facilitate the process of applying independent nursing practice, more protected condition in carrying out independent nursing practice and recognition by other professions.
Pandemi Covid-19 telah membuat banyak perubahan, tidak terkecuali di sektor pendidikan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara tatap muka, kini beralih menjadi pembelajaran daring. Perubahan sistem ini memicu munculnya stres akademik pada mahasiswa kesehatan yang akan berdampak pada prestasi belajarnya. Semakin besar tekanan stres yang dihadapi, maka semakin kecil kepuasan yang dirasakan mahasiswa kesehatan dalam pembelajaran. Mengidentifikasi hubungan antara tingkat stres mahasiswa fakultas Kesehatan dengan kepuasan dalam menggikuti pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19 di Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 131 responden diambil dengan tenik Random Sampling yang terdiri dari program studi Keperawatan (S-1) dan Farmasi (S-1). Analisis statistik menggunakan Gamma.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat stres mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan berada pada rentang Normal 47 mahasiswa (35.9%), sedangkan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan berada pada kategori cukup puas 63 mahasiswa (48.1%) dan ada hubungan yang cukup bermakna antara tingkat stres mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan selama pembelajaran daring. dengan keeratan korelasi, nilai p (0,034)<α0,05 dan r=(-0,219).Ada hubungan yang cukup bermakna antara tingkat stres mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan selama pembelajaran daring di Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta (P-value < α dengan keeratan hubungan rendah dan arah hubungan negatif (r = -0,219).
