This research aimed at descriptively reviewing marketing and individual environment association upon the customer value as well as verifying the influence of the association upon the customer value, both in partial and simultaneous measurements. A descriptive verification method was applied to the research. Furthermore, the population of the research consisted of students who had been officially registered at Faculty of Teacher Training and Education conducted by Private Universities in West Java Province. A proportional cluster random technique was used to select the sample. In terms of data sources, there were two types: primary and secondary data. To analyze the data, an analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was occupied. The result of the research had indicated that marketing and individual environment association and the customer value had shown unsatisfactory outcome. According to verification research, marketing and individual environment association had significantly contributed to the customer value, both in partial and simultaneous measurements.
The establishment of disaster preparedness in the community is a very important thing to be done by the government. This is because Indonesia is located in the ring of fire belt areas which causes a variety of potential disasters. In dealing with this, Bandung city government through the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Office established a program in order to improve preparedness. Therefore, the government needs to optimize the available budget in order to achieve this goal. The research objective to be achieved in this paper is to analyze how the optimization of funds for the Fire and Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Program from the perspective of disaster risk management in the Bandung City Fire and Disaster Management Office. This research is a descriptive research utilizing qualitive method. Data collection was conducted using structured interviews, literature reviews, and unstructured observations in research locations. The result of this research is the formation of disaster preparedness in the community has not been fully optimized. This is due to the non-fulfillment of existing parameters in disaster risk management such as knowledge about disasters, emergency planning, and warning systems. Fulfillment of women's political rights is a precondition for the realization of democratic representation which is balanced between men and women. The Regency of Subang is based on the results of the election in 2014, only a percentage of 16%. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of the policy of women's representation in the General Election of Subang DPRD Members.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data idan information obtained will be analyzed according to Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction activities, data presentation.The results showed that the fulfillment of women's representation in Subang Regency reached 41.74%, while the fulfillment of women's representation by the Gerindra Party reached 40.82% which showed that the policy of women's representation could be implemented well by the Gerindra Party because it was supported by communication, resources, dispositions and bureaucratic structure.The fulfillment obstacle arises both from internal party parties who have not been able to create an effective recruitment process or from women who are not ready to be involved in practical politics because the existing regeneration system has not been running systematically and sustainably. Meanwhile, to create quality control for women candidates, the Gerindra Party seeks to create a rigorous selection process through the stages of screening, screening, and verification
Private universities have high competition and demand to show their quality and reliable competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the attraction factor of private universities and their capabilities in supporting the development of marketing strategy and performance. This research applied a quantitative model with descriptive and verification analysis, and the used analytical tool is the SEM analysis model. The sampling technique is cluster proportional random sampling covering respondents from the stakeholders of the private university in West Java. The research findings prove that the attraction and capability factors have a significant influence on strategy, and the strategy has an effect on marketing performance, and the development of strategic planning as a strategic guideline in achieving the organization’s vision and mission, which in turn can realize superior marketing performance. Moreover, this study reveals that the capacity factor has an essential influence on private universities, in particular, when paying attention to the dynamic aspects of technology and information development. Technology and information have a very significant role in realizing the superior quality of universities and can build their perceptions in the community. Another important finding is that the capacity factor has a stronger effect than the attraction factor. That is, the capability factors consisting of resources, management systems, financial strength, infrastructure support, and information technology ownership have a very strong influence in determining marketing performance.
