Yogyakarta as a tourism city given more impact on attitude and behavior sexuality among adolescents. Notion and ideas about sexuality much influenced by the Globally issued environment. This study is basically on the attitude and behavior about sexuality among adolescent. It is of public health importance to examine this topic to inform sex education, policymaking, prevention and intervention program. This study explored the characteristics of sexual attitudes, and high risk premarital sexual behaviors among 106 unmarried youth aged 15 to 17 years usedsexual behavior questionnareand adopted from BriefSexual Attitude Scaleto investigate sexual attitudes. The scale measures sexual attitudes on four dimensions, being permissiveness, birth control (sexual practices), communion (investment in relationship), and instrumentality (pleasure-orientation to relationship). This study shown to female prefer low being permissiveness and male prefer high birth control , communion, and instrumentality for aspect sexual attitude. The male shown to prefer high premarital sexual behavior than female. Adolescents still have high risk sexual behavior, so parent, school and government should arrange intervention program together toward sex education for adolescents.
Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru tentang pembelajaran sains anak usia 5-6 tahun di gugus II Melati kec. Simpang Tiga Kota pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif, dan menggunakan teknik pengumpul data observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran sains mampu membantu guru untuk mengetahui apa yang anak inginkan dan menjelajah segala apa yang mereka harapkan Hasil penelitian data yang diperoleh adalah Persepsi Guru Tentang Pembelajaran sains di Gugus II Melati Kecamatan Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari aspek study tanaman atau tumbuhan cukup baik dan mampu menerapkan. Persepsi guru Terhadap Pembelajaran sains di Gugus II Melati kec. Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari aspek study tentang hewan atau binatang cukup baik akan tetapi masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengadakan atau mendatangkan kedalam ruang kelas dan minimnya kebun binatang yang akan dikunjungi. Persepsi guru Terhadap Pembelajaran sains di Gugus Melati kec. Simpang Tiga Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari aspek study hubungan hewan dan tanaman cukup baik dan mudah menjelaskannya kepada anak Persepsi guru Terhadap Pembelajaran sains di Gugus II Melati kec. Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru ditinjau dari aspek hubungan aspek kehidupan masih dirasa sulit dijelaskan dan menyangkut sesuatu yang sangat kompleks.
Background. Cancer is a leading cause of death globally and in Indonesia. Cancer itself and the treatment often cause physical and psychological changes that affect patients' quality of life (QoL). This study aimed to determine the level of depression and QoL in cancer patients. Material and methods. This cross-sectional study involved 94 respondents who had chemotherapy in a public hospital in Indonesia. The study was conducted from January to April 2018. The depression level was assessed using the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II) while patients' QoL was measured using the EORTC QLQ-C30. Data were analysis using Pearson correlation.Results. The present study found that the mean score of depression was 8.65 ± 6.53, which reflected their normal condition. The global QoL for patients with cancer in this study was high. The levels of depression and QoL in the study were contrary to previous studies. Fatigue and pain were the top two highest scores in the symptom scales. The study indicates moderate negative correlation between global QoL and depression. There is a need to develop intervention and management of patients undergoing chemotherapy to maintain patients' QoL and psychological aspects of care.
Teachers have an important role in education, especially in cultivating the religious character of students. This is because teachers often deal directly with students in the learning process. In addition, teachers can also encourage children to discover, explore and reconstruct their knowledge as much as possible so that later in society they can live independently and be able to work. Religious character is a person's character, character, morals, or attitude and behavior which is formed from the internalization of various policies based on religious teachings. This study aims to describe the teacher's role in shaping the religious character of students. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, using written data obtained from searching documents, journals and books. From the results of the study it was found that the teacher has an important role in shaping the religious character of students. The teacher's role is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess and evaluate students. In forming the religious character of students, teachers need to create habits through special activities that are mandatory for students to participate in, including (1) requiring students to pray before starting and ending learning. (2) Schedule various extracurricular special religious activities.
