An archive is an important document that is saved with a purpose when it is needed again it is easy to find it. The archive plays an important role in Dayah Tuha Village's Lurah office, so it is highly hoped that the process of managing the archives is good, fast, and easy. If the files that are owned are not well managed it will impact the difficulty of finding the information and it can impede the next stage of work. Therefore, the archive must be managed with a good and correct management system. In this research, discusses the analysis and design of a web-based document, which is suitable for the needs of the office of Tuha Village. The design of this information system based on the design of systems that have been compiled include use case diagram, activity and sequence Diaram. Dayah Tuha Village's office is still using the manual way of managing the archives. So that by the existence of this system is expected to help the work in the head office of Dayah Tuha in terms of the management of archives.
This study aimed to know the obstacles in implementing E-government in Pidie district government. This study used previous studies, frameworks and theories to create a suitable new model in Pidie District. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach by using questionnaire distribution technique to government employees. The method for sampling used is nonprobability technique namely purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The technique used to test the hypothesis statistically is bootstrapping on the PLS. The hypothesis proposed in the study is that there were 3 obstacles in implementing e-government in Pidie district government. The results of this study shows that the obstacles that greatly affected the implementation of e-government in Pidie government was the organizational factor, while the other two factors, Human Resources (HR) and the infrastructure factor, did not show a significant effect. Untuk mem-propose sebuah model baru pada penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menggabungkan, sintesis dan re-factor. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuisioner kepada pegawai pemerintahan. Metode untuk pengambilan sampel yang di gunakan adalah teknik nonprobability yaitu sampling purposive. Teknik analisa data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis secara statistik adalah bootstrapping pada PLS . Hipotesis yang di usulkan dalam penelitian mempunyai 3 kendala dalam mengimplementasikan e-government pada pemerintah kabupaten pidie. Hasil dari penelitian ini kendala yang sangat mempengaruhi implementasi egovernment pada pemerintah Pidie adalah faktor organisasi, sedangkan dua faktor lain yaitu Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan faktor infrastuktur tidak mempengaruhi signifikan.Kata Kunci: e-government, pemerintah, pidie, Partial Least Square, bootstrapping PendahuluanDewasa ini merupakan dewasa teknologi, dimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di dunia semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Based on the initial observations made, the researchers found the problem that teachers were less than optimal at using learning media. There are several factors that often make the student's learning process limited; these factors include that each student has different abilities in absorbing material. This study aims to develop an android application that can be a learning medium for DDG (Basic Graphic Design) material based on user needs, so as to facilitate teaching and learning activities at the State Vocational High School 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar. This study uses the R & D (research and development) method and the system usability scale (SUS) method in testing the feasibility of information systems. The results of the final evaluation evaluation carried out on this application from 12 respondents including 10 students and 2 teachers got a score of 80 and were included in grade B based on the percentile rank graph, and a good rating based on adjective rank, so this application was categorized as good in meeting user needs. and quite easy to use by users.
Masyarakat nelayan kabupaten Pidie masih mengandalkan cara-cara tradisional dalam melakukan proses penangkapan ikan sehingga hasil tangkapan ikan di Kabupaten Pidie hanya sebesar 1.252.892 Kg per tahun. Sajian data kesuburan perairan dalam bentuk peta merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi nelayan. Sajian peta dengan mengklasifikasi tingkat kesuburan menjadi, Sangat Subur, Subur, dan Tidak Subur. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan sangat subur hanya terdeteksi pada bulan Desember. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan subur di di seluruh wilayah perairan Kabupaten Pidie hanya pada bulan Februari. Zona potensi penangkapan ikan subur di sepanjang pesisir pantai terdeteksi pada bulan Januari, Maret, Mai, dan November. Potensi penangkapan ikan di wilayah perairan Kabupaten Pidie Pada bulan Juni, Juli, dan Agustus hanya terdeteksi di sebagian kecil wilayah pantai saja.
