This study aims to know the students’ fundamental movement ability and to analyze those movements based on gender. It was conducted in SDN 1 Lemahabang Kulon, Cirebon Regency. The subject involved in this study was 24 students of the lower-primary levels in the school whose ages between 6-7 years old. Data collection method applied was the observation of the students’ fundamental movements. The assessment form on fundamental movement (Gallahue :1996) was used as the instrument of the study. The data was analyzed using a descriptive quantitative technique with a percentage. The finding shows that it was only 65.6 % students who properly mastered the fundamental movement of stability. Meanwhile, the fundamental movements of locomotor and manipulative were mastered only by 43 % and 41.7 %. Based on the gender analysis, the male students were better on fundamental movements than the female ones. To facilitate the future success of movement on students, it is suggested to have a directional and specific program on movement development.
This study aimed to develop a dynamic balance motion learning module for grade 3 teachers of Special Education School with autism. The method in this research was research and development. The data analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive approach in the form of percentages. The development model used the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The research subjects were SLB Autism UM and SLB C Autism Tuban City. The results of small group trials and large group trials showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the module increased from 81% to 94% with very valid information. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the dynamic balance motion teacher module for grade 3 students of Special Education School with autism is very valid for use in learning.
In advancing the national education system, the government has innovated in developing a learning model that is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum guidelines, but in reality the idea has not been implemented evenly, including elementary schools in Pasuruan district from the results of the researcher's preliminary study. Researchers developed learning tools in the form of a learning implementation plan, teaching materials and evaluation monitoring (Monev) guidelines based on the Discovery Learning model. In carrying out research and development researchers used the Borg and Gall (1989) method. The results of product development in small trials (81 percent) and large trials (84 percent). The conclusion of this product development is valid and can be implemented in learning.
Abstract: Physical Education is an educational process using the learning experience of physical activity, sports, and games. Physical fitness is very important for health, each person's own physical fitness will be different because it is influenced by several factors such as the type of work and lifestyle of each. Strength is a movement or force produced by a muscle or a group of muscles that works optimally and is trained repeatedly. This research and development aims to develop a new teaching material for teachers. At SMP Negeri 4 Malang, PJOK learning still uses books. By using interactive multimedia, it is also hoped that it will make it easier for students to understand the material presented by the teacher. The aim of this study was to know how the implementation of the curriculum model Sport Education (SE) in the high school based on curriculum 2013. A total of 34 students (24 girls and 10 boys) in one of the Senior High School in Lamongan were involved in this study. The student groups are given learning scheme by using a curriculum model SE. Data were collected through observation during the learning (14 lessons). Team portfolios analysis were also used to see the extent to which the implementation of the activities of the students in groups. The research result showed that the activity of the students who refers to characterize the Sport Education program that seasons, team affiliation, formal competition, the culminating event and record keeping) is going well, while activity in the category festivity is enough. Teachers as mediators of learning seen less in encouraging students to conduct festivity, while in other activities, the teacher is able to perform well. For portfolio assessment teams are at level 3. The evidences of the implementation of the Sport Education can be used in the school with curriculum 2013. The existence of a model-based scientific approach such as Sport Education provides an alternative model that can be used in the context of the curriculum 2013 for physicaleducation. Good results from the implementation of the SE which is based on various global studies can be used as a reference as part of efforts to achieve the objectives of physical education in terms of affective, cognitive, and social aspects.
