Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji urgensi keamanan pangan rumah tangga dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online survey dengan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah responden yang dikumpulkan adalah 135 responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan software SMART PLS. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, pengeluaran rumah tangga berpengaruh terhadap keamanan pangan. Variabel pengetahuan gizi juga mempengaruhi respon terhadap pandemi. Akses terhadap pangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran rumah tangga. Karakteristik rumah tangga terhadap akses pangan juga berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis yang juga akan dibahas lebih lanjut dalam makalah ini. This research aims at (1) To analyze the significant influence between perceptions of halal labels, and price perceptions of Wardah's cosmetics purchasing decisions on Wardah counter consumers in the ADA Semarang supermarket. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population used is all consumers of the Wardah Swalayan ADA Semarang counter, with a total sample of 100 respondents taken using a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis using the SPSS version 22. Results of the regression analysis in this study are Halal labels have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions and Price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial knowledge, religiusity, financial attitudes, an financial literacy on student financial management. Respondent in this study were management students of the University PGRI Semarang with a total of 254 respondents. Data gathering process is conducted with a way of data retrieval online through the deployment of questioning. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between financial knowledge on financial management, there is a positive and significant influence between religiosity on financial management, there is a positive and significant influence between financial attitudes on financial management, and there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on financial management. Financial knowledge, religiosity, financial literacy effect on financial management simultaneously. Based on the result of the research that has been done, the R Square value is 0.696 or 69.6%. While the remaining 0.306 or 30.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance. This research was conducted by means of a case study of public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. This research uses descriptive methods and quantitative research types. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers who worked from home during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Blora City. The sample studied was 209 respondents. Data collection techniques used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale as data collection instruments. The results showed that Work environment (X1) has no significant negative effect on teacher performance, work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline (X3) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance with a contribution of R2 of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes outside the model.

One of the elements to get income is from marketing products and / or services. The marketing mix is a collection of controlled tactical marketing tools that companies combine to produce the responses they want in the target market. The marketing mix consists of all the things a company can do to influence the demand for its products. These possibilities can be grouped into four groups. Among them are Products (Price), Price (Price), Place (Place), and Promotion (Promotion). In this study 100 respondents were used. Determination of sample size using simple random techniques. Data were analyzed using the Multiple Regression Analysis method. Data processing using the SPSS program. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions at UKM Sentra Bandeng Tawang Mas Semarang. SME entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of important factors that determine the performance of their businesses, while still making improvements to the factors that are still lacking in implementation, in order to get better performance.
