One of the most effective ways to shape knowledge and skills is conducting experimental work. An experimental test is
application of new information technology to education and creation of subject-specific teaching methods with the use of computer means is not as intensive as the time presses. Existing software products do not always meet certain needs of the learning process. This research work shows the use of the virtual environment for teaching general educational subjects in institutions of general education. A distinctive feature of the research study is a possibility of improving automated information systems of education, software products employed in educational institutions and creation of a system that makes it possible to derive most benefit from all the resources of the learning process. Methods and techniques used in distance learning are applied to traditional teaching methods intensifying and raising their effectiveness.
The article is devoted to the quality of natural science education at universities. Moreover, this article reveals the causes and consequences of the decline in the level of mastery of these disciplines. The modernization of education efficiency aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of education itself largely depends on the way of using the objective information. This information can be received in the framework of studies of various types of education results such as monitoring studies of the republican level and international comparative studies. All these studies provide the information on the state of education; they allow correlating the planned and achieved results and based on that identifying the most significant education problems that need to be solved. The monitoring of the education quality implies the development of criteria for the assessments of knowledge for any stage of education. The calculation of students' progress rating can be one of the approaches to this problem. The assessment of the output knowledge of the students' progress rating can be done by using the electronic journal, which is the part of a university's automated information system. The standardization of the final rating on a scale of 0 to 100 creates an optimal opportunity to compare the results of educational progress at all stages of training. The use of virtual tools and software products is one of the essential interactive elements of the e-learning course in the virtual educational environment, which is particularly important in the study of natural sciences. These tools combine methodological and pedagogical technologies, information resources and modern software and help to monitor the educational process and find the solution to the issues of its quality.
Введение кредитной технологии обучения позволило стимулироватьпознавательную деятельность студентов, усилить мотивацию и повысить ихакадемическую мобильность. Выявляется, как усилить мотивационнуюдеятельность другой ключевой фигуры образовательного процесса –преподавателя. Между тем, существующая в настоящий момент в Казахстанесистема оплаты труда преподавателей вузов, основанная на учёте стажаработы, занимаемой должности, с доплатами за ученую степень нестимулирует преподавателей к постоянному повышению своейквалификации. Низкий оклад не способствуют высокому престижу вобществе этой сложной и требующей подлинного педагогическогомастерства профессии. Ведь качество профессорско-преподавательскогосостава – это и качество полученных учащимися знаний. В условияхкредитно-рейтинговой системы не только студенты зарабатывают кредиты,но и педагоги должны доказывать и повышать свою квалификацию, котораяоценивается набранным рейтингом.
The development issues of market relations in the field of higher education in order to improve the quality of learning services are shown in this article. The introduction of credit learning technology allows to stimulate students` cognitive activity, strengthens motivation and increases academic mobility. The process is analyzed, the ways of solution to the problems in condition of functioning of the credit system of the students are proposed. It is revealed how to strengthen the motivational activity of another key figure in the educational process -the university professor. Because the quality of the teaching staff is also the quality of the knowledge obtained by students. In conditions of the credit-rating system, not only students earn points, but university professors have to prove and improve their skills, which is assessed by the scores. Not only competence but also the professor`s salary is assessed by the rating method.
